My wife and I made an appointment on line and also answered the brief health questionnaire as to get this out of the way prior to arriving. We each had to make our own appointment so we simply followed each other at 11 and 11:20. We walked in to a very socially distanced waiting room and were very cordially greeted by Jeniffer. She was extremely professional and courteous and after taking our insurance cards and ID asked us to sit for a few minutes. It exactly that and then we were called in for our appointment together just before 11. We were escorted to an examination room where they did the whole questionnaire, weight and temperature thing. The nurse left and came back minutes later to do the test. It went quickly and painlessly. The doctor came in shortly thereafter and very happily told us that we were both negative. Neither of us had symptoms or fever, we were just being precautious, and I am glad we were. I must say, I do not understand how prior reviews were only one star?????? Kudos to the amazing staff here and I want to reward the staff with a glowing 5 star review... They deserve it.

A COMPLETE change from CRMC Medical where they treat you horribly. The staff here made me feel so comfortable. They had no problem finding my insurance when I didn't have my card and they treat you thoroughly and expeditiously. I had a cracked tooth with a PAINFUL abscess AND a UTI and was given an injection and prescriptions after they verified my suspicions. I left there feeling like I had received the BEST care and was treated like a person. The PA and nurse were so caring I felt immediately comfortable. I will not hesitate to return if I ever feel unwell again. I wish I could give them TEN stars!

Vindictive fired 3 or 4 days ago. He still callimg docs causing trouble for me telling them i…read moregailed drug test. He would drug test me after emergency room visits dentist visits etc. Now hes calling my doctor now telling them how bad a patient i was. Never said nothing to me but once. He said why do you have this in your system. I said because i was having bad muscle spasms. He said who in the hell ga e it to yoh.. you did seemed to have e made him mad. Asked to go to neurologists for 3 years still no appointment. Cysts in my thoracic and cervical spinal cord has to be checked every 6 months have told him and nursing staff several time. Its o ly taking years. Pain doc told me you blew L3 L4 etc you need something stronger for pain can you call him. Did so right then. Efore firing him. He said NO. Said he would uave to talk to someone. His nurse spoke to the pa and pain clinic. The Pa told her the mans going to have to have surgery he needs something stronger than norco for pain. You don't understand his disk are ruptured. You could hwlear him over the nurse at his iffice hollering no. Thats why he gets norco.. so between all the no appointments. Lack of care and missed opportunity to be a good doctor. I told them that was the pain clinic yall was talking to. I ha e asked for test and other things. That dont get done. If i have any appointments can el them. Im going to find me another doctor. Go back to pain clinic today. They tell me he has called... doesn't that violate hippa. His permissions he has on file on me ended when i told them i didn't need their services any longer and would be finding another doctor. Rigjt or wrong

I was having low energy, discoloration and discomfort and had been everywhere to make sure I didn't…read morehave cancer, a bad heart, etc. Then it hit me that it could be my circulation and I was right. Douglas vascular, no doubt added years to my life. I had backwards blood flow in my legs and they just fixed the second leg last week. They don't want to take the credit for making my life better but they're getting it anyway. The doctors and staff are so friendly and welcoming and I feel so comfortable trusting them with my life. I can't give them a bigger review because one word comes to mind: EXCELLENCE. IMHO, many health issues could be avoided or resolved by watching and caring for your circulation. You can have the healthiest heart ever, but if it's not getting enough blood, it's not going to perform correctly. Circulation is everything and it all begins here. Check them out. Numbness in toes, discolorations, usually is due to lack of blood flow or blood pooling and iron causing your skin to darken in those areas. Do NOT ignore this. Since my surgery, I feel SO MUCH better! My skin is even toned again and color returning to my toes. Thank you, DV, for listening to my concerns, when other doctors didn't. Ten stars here!
