We were both skeptical about a vegetarian ramen, but WOW! I had to steal a few spoonfuls of the broth to pour over my rice, and it was a great decision. There were kind enough to put me at the bar. I got the Tonkotsu ramen with Chili oil and it was divine and bursting with flavor.
