During our last meeting to discuss our renovation two weeks prior to the start of our project, we reviewed the timeline and scope of our project. During our discussion he claimed that he did not remember some of the items for our addition even though it was provided in the design we had drawn up for him that listed out our needs. He expected the homeowner to cover our own electrical and drywall finishing which we never planned on and never discussed. He also thought it was acceptable to perform plumbing and hvac services after you complete the drywall which both needed to be completed prior to the drywall. At that point we thought maybe he was not as experienced as he claimed but gave him the benefit of doubt due to him agreeing to complete the items he missed. After our discussion we told him we felt uneasy with giving a deposit without knowing he could get a electrician hired to fit in the timeframe of our build. He said he would talk with his electrician and follow back up with us. When he agreed to complete the additional items, he said we would cover costs of missed items because of his lack of communication and claimed "he is still new at the whole business side." Thankfully we had not given him the 50% deposit as he called us the next morning to say he could no longer do our project after realizing the price of the items he forgot to include. This was absolutely ridiculous seeing that we already tore out our deck to make room for the addition he agreed to complete, not to mention the additional expense to us the homeowner on taking out the loan based off his quote. In the event you find yourself booking with this company as a last resort make sure you have everything in writing to cover yourself and be aware he is not as experienced as he claims.

It is currently Feb of 2014 and the work has never been performed or even started! After paying the deposit Ross Sullivan has completely disappeared and dodges all attempts to contact him. I cannot get a hold of anyone from the company and cannot get my money returned. I checked with the Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs and was told they have no record of Ross Sullivan or Sullivan Roofing & Remodeling as a licensed contractor. Due to the fact he is advertising himself as licensed they will be investigating his company. See BBB rating and Ripoff Report. BEWARE.
