Then they canceled day-of. Then they GHOSTED us THREE TIMES IN A ROW after re-scheduling us-- over and over-- no call, no-show... three times I had to call/text THEM to see why they never showed up. They never followed up or made good by attempting to fix the issue, even when after I reached out and told them about the TWO MONTHS of straight up GHOSTING and our continued desire to have them come out and perform the services they have been CHARGING US FOR the last 6 months. If you like being left in the lurch for MONTHS with terrible customer service and no communication, this is the company for you. Buyer beware, these guys do NOT care about thier customers at ALL.
