What's included in the package is made unclear, so I never got what I expected. In addition, during the shoot he said that he could take my arm out if I had it on my kiddo and when I reminded him of this later, he said that was considered a complex edit and would cost money but they'd do it complmenetary that time. Had he told me this at the time of the shoot, we would have done something differently to get photos without me there in the background. Not cool.

He indicated that photos would be cropped and retouched to remove extraneous background images, etc., but the final photos had numerous issues with focus, color hues, lighting, overly busy backgrounds, etc. We were forced to hire another photo editor to salvage photos from issues that should and could have been addressed during the photo session itself. The quality of the photos we received caused us to question whether the images on Isi's website actually are his work or that of someone else. Unfortunately, we cannot recommend Isi.
