When I called ,and asked to speak to Ariana , I was asked for a case number and was not forwarded to Ariana . It took Ariana 2-3 days to answer a email and only after I complained . I brought this complaint to Justin and he said he had a stern talk with Ariana. He said in the attached email that she could do better . I paid 1000 dollars for a deposit and when I fired him , he only returned 200 of the 1000 dollars. In the final closure letter , Justin contradicted himself by saying that Ariana did nothing wrong. I will not post that letter . Nothing was accomplished and justin charged me 300 dollars for sending me an email and closing out the account . He was very rude to me when I contacted him on messenger . The only reason I contacted him on messenger was because I was unable to get a hold of anyone for 2-3 days. I have attached his response on messenger. He also said that he would sue me if I gave a review that he thought was untrue . I will always tell the truth and hope this helps other people.
