Beware the "barber" with the long left pinky nail!!! The coke nail, as it's called.
Unprofessional employee was video chatting with people while cutting my hair and having me in the frame of the video. He cut my hair uneven and did a piss poor job of shaping my beard. Didn't even touch my Adam's apple or neck line. The length of my facial hair is also different lengths. He didn't touch the back of my neck. He used this little tiny, finger-sized, razor to shape my beard, but neglected the hair above my ears and around my eyebrows.
Upon further review, it's been brought to my attention that the hair on top of my head is also uneven.
This is the worst cut and shave I've ever been given from a barbershop, and it is absolutely the worst and most disrespectful service I've had the displeasure of receiving.
If you work in the service industry you're supposed to be attentive to your client.
I didn't see any licenses on workstations to show that they're licensed barbers, either.
I would strongly advise finding another barbershop and not spending your money here.
I'd give less than 1 star if this app permitted.
Barbers don't have to sit there and talk to you while they cut your hair, but to video chat other people while keeping your customer in frame and speaking loud enough for those on the other end to hear you over the sounds of business, while standing at your clients head is rude and obnoxious. read more
