The Dr. Ory I know is kind, compassionate and extremely knowledgeable in her field. Her assessment and surgical skills are very good, and she is easy to talk to about personal medical issues. I have been an RN for more than 35 years, and she is one of the best physicians I have had the pleasure of interactions with. The office is well run, with a clinic staff who are also very professional. Many of the RNs I work with see physicians at The Women's Clinic; I highly recommend the clinic and Dr. Ory in particular.

Let me just say... she is absolutely wonderful. She is so very polite, takes her time to make sure you are completely satisfied before leaving, answers any questions you may have, and follows up with you herself. She is obviously a very busy woman but she makes the extra time, and goes the extra mile for her patients. I will continue to use Dr. Barry and I will continue to recommend her to everyone I meet. On a side note; The nurses are also very polite. I do not have anything negative to say about this clinic, aside from the waiting room being eerily quiet. ha! While this location was the closest when I was visiting Jackson, it did have an appointment…read moreavailable the same day, while the other locations didn't (well, once I asked the receptionist to actually check the other locations). They take walk-ins in the AM and appointments in the afternoon. I had little to no wait for my appointment. IDid have to fill out paperwork when I arrived, but I wish this was something that I could do online and print out before my appointment versus having to sit in the waiting area and spend 10 minutes filling out paperwork. The nurse called me back and took my vitals. We are became a little irritated is the very questions that I was asked on the paperwork, she turned around and asked me to input electronically on their laptop. Please don't duplicate processes as it is not time efficient. If you're going to ask me stuff on the paperwork, then get the information off of the paperwork or just ask the patient when they come in versus the patient having to spend time filling out a necessary paperwork. Once my vitals were taken and she asked a few questions, the doctor came in to see me in a timely manner. I explained what was going on. The doctor listed and took additional vitals. The doctor asked if had questions (I said no) and prescribed medication. The doctor was extremely friendly and has a great bedside manner. I didn't feel like I was being rushed. The doctor took time to answer questions and asked if I had any further questions and told me don't hesitate to reach back out to them if something came up. The facility was clean and there was ample parking. I can honestly say that when I come back to visit, if I have to see an urgent care facility, I would probably lean towards this particular location versus any of the others due to my experience.

Of all the surgeries I've ever had, the hip replacement surgery was the best. it's hard to imagine that you can get the biggest joint in your body replaced and be up walking around afterwards. The first 2-3 weeks was the only downside, if you can call it that, it's more about impatience to get back driving etc. I'd let him operate on me any day of the week. Highly recommend.
