I purchased a Northstar battery from them 3 years ago and contacted them about a warranty replacement (48 month manufacturer warranty). I had already done some troubleshooting on my own then performed more at their behest. At that point, I asked if I got a parts store to sign off that the battery needed to be replaced would they honor it and was told no (they wanted more testing which had been done already). I ordered a battery that was said to be in stock. Since it was critical for me and not readily available I sent an email to confirm availability. The sales person responded the next day indicating it was in stock and would ship to me the next day. When I followed up at the end of the next day another person responded and said they don't stock the battery but rather ship from the manufacturer and it would take 4 weeks to ship. I was blatantly lied to by the first sales person and it cost me 3 days in my search for the battery. Would recommend no one use this "order taker" as they are clearly dishonest. read more

Impact Battery company did a great service for me. FedEx lost my first order took 2 weeks and they finally said I need to call the supplier and have them put a claim in. When I spoke with Impact Battery they immediately sent out a second order to me and I received it in 3 days. I feel they went above and beyond to help me out and make sure I got their product on a timely basis. By the way the battery is probably the best one I've ever had for my motorcycle. I purchased a motorcycle battery for my 2004 Honda ST1300 ten months ago. Yesterday, the battery labored to start the motorcycle. After driving it to work and back, I parked it until this morning. This morning I attempted to start my motorcycle, but it was very slow and labored, and the clock and odometer reset. Plus it was too slow to start. I put it on a trickle charger. After returning home from work, I unplugged the charger and the motorcycle started right up. I've emailed Impact Battery for a replacement, but haven't heard back yet. I do expect them to ask me to take a reading now, after 12 hours, and after 24 hours. Bad batteries can happen, but I do expect them to honor the warranty. Purchase a motorcycle battery with a 2 years free replacement. After one year battery is dead. I email then to let them know that the battery is dead. My motorcycle is stock no after market lights (LEDs or HID). They are making me jumps through hoops to get a replacement. Charging the battery and then taking measurement with a multimeter over the next 12 hrs then 24 hrs. Battery is dead clear and simple. All I wanted to do was ship the bad battery back to them and a get a good one. I know if I had purchased a battery at a store instead of online I would of have a replacement already. lesson learned only get a battery from a retailer who stands behind the products they sell read more

Horrible company. I purchased batteries through Amazon and they never arrived. Impact refused to accept blame. They are, at this moment, refusing to credit back my money and are trying to charge dock fees because the package sat at a terminal somewhere. The tracking numbers supplied to Amazon did not work. Bought a battery from them for an atv on 4/9/17. Never got around to (trying) to use it until March of 2018. It will not hold a charge. Upon contacting them about the alleged 2.5 year warranty, I was told that if I didn't use it after 6-8 months, it probably had sulfated. Lo and behold, that's not covered under warranty. I purchased a $72 battery from them. It was supposed to replace the Power Wheels 12V Battery, and provide twice the charge time. However, it never ran for more than 10 minutes at a time. I bought the Power Wheels for my grandkids to use. They only come a few times a year. After they tried it a few times, and it performed very below par, I took it to a local Battery Plus store to have it checked. It was diagnosed as only 42% healthy, meaning it only held 42% of the capacity it was supposed to, even though I charged it the way i was supposed to and stored it indoors. I contacted Impact Battery and they refuse to do anything because it is past their normal return period. read more
