I went to them to simply get a refund of about $50 so I could go to Verizon and replace my phone with a new phone. Instead I was forcefully pushed out the store causing injuries to my fore arm face ankle and underarm. I fully intend on pressing assault charges and will be going through the courts to get my money back and for the damage to my $700+ sunglasses that are prescription. So unless you want bad customer service and possibly get assaulted I recommend not using them for anything.

After being on hold for almost 20 minutes I hung the phone up and attempted to call back. They turned their phone off and wouldnt accept any more calls.
