After doing some research on chiropractors in Milton, I chose to visit Impact Chiro for help after breaking my elbow in April. I was very impressed with the clinic and the variety of services offered. Dr. Garg offered a complete assessment and treatment plan for my elbow, and also for my back (I had a hard fall when I broke my elbow). I'm new to Milton and needed a new chiropractor. I get a tight back sometimes but nothing serious. It was $100 for an initial assessment which lasted about 2 minutes. Then I was simply asked "What have you done for this in the past?" I responded "Acupuncture." To which he replied "Okay, let's do that." I was hooked up and he left. It felt good, took care of the issue and he came back to due a small adjustment and he said I should be back in a day or two for another session. It was an alright experience but I got the impression that my issue or just me as a patient just wasn't all that important to the doctor. The clinic was packed with people in different rooms, the waiting room was full. It was clear he was treating up to 5 or 6 people at a time which is okay I guess, I understand that you can do an adjustment on someone while the other guy is getting acupuncture. But the thought kept creeping in to mind that maximizing profit was more important than my issue. You can get great treatment here, but I just like to have a bit more of a one-on-one experience with a personable doctor that has a vested interested in getting you better. Not sure you can get that here. Maybe you can, maybe I just had a bad experience, maybe my standards are too high. Not sure, but I've found another chiropractor I prefer. This place is worth checking out if your new to the area and need some treatment. read more

Very disappointed with IMPACT. Spoke to Mr. Garg himself, the clinic owner, and ended up leaving on crutches, with a swollen ankle and without treatment. The policy to charge $100 every time you come in with a different injury is ludicrous. Aside from the higher prices than other chiropractors (I pay $30 normally with my regular chiropractor), it is disappointing that you are asked for $100 every time you have a different injury. I came in with a severley sprained ankle and asked for some treatment, being the closest chiropractor near my house. I had an "initial" consulatation a few months ago for a bone spur which led to no subsequent treatment. For my sprained ankle, I simply expected some ultrasound to help with all the swelling. The clinic was unwilling to charge me $50 for a regular treatment and insisted for $100 fee for an "initial" consultation. I left very disappointed. I went to my regular chirpractor, where I had not been for over 2 yrs and is quite a bit further, but was only charged $30 for half hour of plaser treatment. I will never go back to IMPACT. read more

Dr. Garg and his staff are fantastic. I injured my back 10+ years ago and have been in varying amounts of pain since. I have been very happy with the timeliness and knowledge of him and his staff and have been very happy with Dr. Garg's "hands-on" approach to my treatment. He regularly discusses my treatment with my various service providers (family doctor, massage therapist, etc.) to ensure that I am receiving the best possible care. I continue to play numerous sports and Dr. Garg has helped me to get back in the game. I often see Dr. Garg for a tune-up and he gladly addresses any additional issues that I may be experiencing.
