DJ Elliot was a literal wedding saver. Because of Covid19, our wedding was postponed and unfortunately, our original DJ backed out 1 WEEK before our wedding. I called our wedding venue (Cabins On Strawberry Hill) and asked if they had any recommendations and that's when they told me about Elliot and Aaron. I called immediately and booked him up. He was extremely patient with us and helped get all of our songs organized in the easiest way. He worked around our crazy work schedules and after a few late night calls, we had everything ready to go a couple days before the wedding! When we met him in person, he was absolutely wonderful. He kept the party going for HOURS and played all our favorite songs. His energy is unmatchable and he really was our angel. I can't recommend DJ Elliot enough. There are so many things he did that went above and beyond being "just a DJ". He helped with our timeline and so much more, I would have been so lost without him. We had a few snags in our day (as I am sure a lot of weddings may have when hiring so many vendors) and he was running around for us trying to help solve problems that had nothing to do with his job as a DJ. We were unprepared for last minute changes and Elliot took everything that happened and made it seamless and beautiful. Elliot is seriously amazing! He was so responsive every time i had questions, and always so friendly! Given the fact that i had never been involved in wedding planning before i really had no idea what was going on or what was to happen when, or how, but Elliot is a master at his craft and really takes care of everything and helps you really understand how everything is going to play out. Elliot DJ'd my wedding about a month ago. From the beginning of the planning process all the way to the end of our event he was on top of every detail to make sure that it was exactly what we wanted. He made sure every detail of our timeline was addressed in our initial planning meetings, and truly listened to us when it came to customizing our event. We even had a complicated grand entrance and he ensured that it was perfect. One of the items he also can provide is a Photo Booth with some cool settings to create videos and gifs, and email or text them directly to your guests. Elliot is so professional, kind, and we could not have hoped for a better wedding day experience! Elliot helped make our day perfect. He brings experience and professionalism. The wedding ceremony was perfect, the music during cocktail hour was great, and the reception was completely off the hook! We booked Elliot as our DJ for our 9/1/19 wedding + reception. He was great - very prompt and friendly during the planning process, made things easy on us, incorporated all our specific song requests from our playlists, obviously very experienced, and also played music within the realm of what we wanted without having to ask. He made last minute changes with no hesitation, set up lighting where it needed to be and kept us on schedule throughout the night. A true MC. Elliot is amazing! We were so impressed with him starting from the day we met all the day until the end of the wedding night. He was friendly, professional, and responsive through the whole process. We actually thought we didn't need a DJ, but we met Elliot at a tasting event and he really sold himself as not only someone who plays music, but someone who hosts and guides the entire reception. He moved seamlessly between providing music for our incredibly small intimate ceremony, assisting us in transitioning to live music for our cocktail hour and then keeping 150 guests entertained at our reception. Elliot was a great MC...not just a DJ! My fiance and I wanted someone to really manage the whole night and Elliot did exactly that.
