This is…read moremy FIRST negative Yelp review which I do not take lightly--I have left many 5 star reviews for the other contractors I have hired over the years. I spent around $10K with Anything Electrical for a recent renovation. Anytime I had a question during the process, I would put together a well thought out message. I would get not one, but multiple haphazard email or text responses from Scott that oftentimes didn't fully address my concerns. He seems overwhelmed and disorganized--probably time to hire an office assistant. Finally I kindly requested Scott please slow down, take some time to reread my message, and fully address my concerns (I had a simple question about my final bill). From there he seemed to take offense and said they would not come back for further work. At that point I wasn't planning to hire him again due to the headache of trying to communicate. I have since found an issue with the work they did (new outlets not working), but Scott refuses to inspect or repair the issue. When I let him know I would be taking further action if the matter wasn't resolved (kept it vague, there was no threat), he replied with a personal attack: "Don't threaten me or my company you obviously have some other things going on in your life you should address." There have been so many red flags throughout my communication with Scott, starting from the beginning. I will be taking my business elsewhere, I do not recommend Anything Electrical.
