It seems that what I was told or, at least, my interpretation of what I heard is not what really transpired according to Ms. Magruder. I gave them information which had they done their research correctly was not used. Ms. Magruder (I am trying my best not to use pronouns as I was told by her) does not work for you she works for herself. She will refile for more money and correct what was done. WOW, how nice of you. I guess another $2500 in your pocket for your staff's work is good for you. I cannot recommend this firm at all. I know I made mistakes, I lost my job and in way over my head, but I went there for help not be in worse shape than I was before I went there.

I was really anxious to even start therapy because I felt like whoever I'd be seeing would just sit there, nod their head, and take notes - you know like in the movies. But it's nothing like that. My therapist is very human, and she makes me feel like my thoughts and feelings are valid. While sessions are about an hour, I feel like we don't waste any of the time just sitting in silence either. A huge thing for me is that I'm also very comfortable throughout the sessions. Scheduling is very easy and Morgan at the front window has always been super helpful and friendly with questions and future appointments. They actually let you schedule several appointments at once which I found super helpful. You'll also get phone calls from Morgan to confirm your upcoming appointment, and even text messages to remind you. If you don't want to do in person appointments right now, they do provide the option of telehealth video calls. The only disappointing part is if you go on vacation, they aren't available to provide you any sessions outside of Georgia or South Carolina based on insurance policies. I'd easily recommend coming here to others.
