They finished the work on my computer significantly under their estimated turnaround time, and Jason, the employee in charge of my upgrade, was accommodating, professional, and educational. Furthermore, they had an impressive selection of hardware in the store ready to be sold off the shelf, including peripherals that I'd previously had to special order when I was shopping at Best Buy. It upset me, and realizing it is not a good mood to continue the conversation, I asked for it to stop and be continued another time. The employee continued speaking to me without ANY acknowledgment of issue in question, continuously aggravating me before my driving class. I even mentioned I do not wish to be in a bad mood when driving as it is dangerous. To top it off, the owner called me and without any questions or trying to hear my side of story, proceeded gaslighting me and blaming me, giving me a lecture about how I was wrong. I never met this man and he was not there during the incident. Overall a horrible experience, which is unfortunate, as I did not have any other issues with other employees, the instructors. They were very polite, helpful and professional. It is clear that the problem stems from the owner and the management as they simply do not know how to speak to a client in a difficult situation and instead wish to upset the client even more.
