I politely reached out to the seller more than 3 times requesting a status update. They refused to respond. The item never shipped. They still have not responded. Very poor service and communication. The one star is not for the end result although I am definitely displeased with it - it is for the failure to advise me of the status of my order. I would have been fine accepting the product after Christmas but I was given no choice when the seller stopped communicating with me after 12/13.
