You should because you don't…read morewant this to happen to you (emails attached): I came in to the shop on a Thursday in need of a booklet (order of 100) for my business, submitted artwork and was told a sample would be ready the next day. I then emailed the next day after not hearing back and was informed that I needed to resubmit artwork with "bleed" so it could be ready Monday. Did that. Monday rolls around and I reach out only to be told Tuesday it would be ready for pick up. Tuesday I'm notified that my sample book is ready to be reviewed so I go to the shop and find... My book is NOT a book, but rather a collection of loose and untrimmed pages. After discussing how this was not very professional and a few changes, I agree to resubmit artwork since the color science was off and they said that's ok. After emailing them updated artwork, the response was that they would be charging me $50 FOR TWO SAMPLE BOOKS after they completely wasted my time earlier in the day and never mentioned ANY CHARGE for a booklet. After all, it's a SAMPLE and after lying about a booklet that was never made, you'd think they'd waive a fee that they never even told me they'd charge! At this point I give them an ultimatum and a second chance to which of course they blew me off. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME HERE AND STAY AWAY!
