If I could give this company a zero I would - worst company to ever work for. The supervisor I had can't keep employees, everyone that has work under her has quit, and going to her supervisor won't do any good!!!!!!!!!!!. she protects her. I have been there for 9 months and not one complaint on my work. I had actually enjoy working where i was but being harassed by the lazy supervisor has pushed me over the edge. She actually had he son working with me who never logged in like every employee is mandated to do. He left every night early and still go paid for a full shift and basically when he arrive for his shift he sat down and watch his phone for about two hours on a five hour shift. needless to say he did not get the work done and have several complaint against him. he was even ask not to come back to the building. I was even told I am being written up because I was sick while her son took a whole month of in February. I even called head office about being written up and was met with nothing but attitude. I have been working with Imperial Cleaners for over 12 years at different locations. As a facilities manager, cleaning is of top priority to have done well and in a timely manner. This company became like family through Covid as they worked with me night and day as we had to jump with every new piece of information being shared about the virus and how to clean it, how it spreads etc and always came through. There was no stay at home for these people, they were the true heros in allowing work spaces to continue as they worked so hard to keep them safe by keeping things sanitized. read more

warning:::: Do not work for this company. The job and hours are ok but the management is far from professional. They care nothing about employees. Will do nothing to support their staff. Do your work and take abuse from supervisors who belittle staff in front of others. and god bless you if you make a complaint because it will be a guaranteed trip to the unemployment line. read more

Do not work for this company! They do not care about the present or past employee's whatsoever. I left at the beginning of this year because my supervisor liked to play favorites and I wont put up with that. Grown men acting like little girls. I have been waiting almost 10 months for a correct ROE to be done for me but its like they are too lazy to do their jobs right. McDonalds would be a better job than this! read more
