But she was also never pushy. She ultimately left it up to us to make the decision with the information she provided. We trusted her expertise and it absolutely paid off, literally. We got a deal on the property that we are very happy with. She offered great advice on everything from prices, timing, and even when to potentially walk away. Liz has a team of people that really seem to communicate as a team, not just a group of individuals working under the same company name. In passing conversations Liz talked about how she and her team work together, and it does seem like they get to share in each others expertise and experiences to develop a good understanding of the market. Liz also talked about what she does to train her team, and she seems like a great leader. No one looks left behind to fend for themselves, and it seems very structured so that everyone has support and training to deliver great customer service. We happened to meet the seller's Realtor, and even without Liz present, the seller's Realtor had nothing but great things to say about their interactions. Her expertise really does seem to be in demand as she seemed to be giving seminars or talks to audiences even outside of her team. Even with her busy schedule it never really impacted the scheduling of events at our home. She always still met us at the property for events like home inspections, walk throughs, and giving us the keys to the property. She always provided great communication and was very responsive whether it was through e-mail, calls or texts to help answer questions. I can be "particular" (picky) about some things and whenever I brought up a question or concern, no matter how small, she never dismissed it or tried to excuse it as something I didn't need to worry about. She took my concerns seriously and got them addressed. Out of everything, I think this is what I am most grateful for as it kept me comfortable working with her and I never felt like she was just trying to "close a deal", which was my preconceived notion of Realtors unfortunately. After driving to the house and pulling in the driveway you can see the front door has large chains on it. It is clearly NOT occupied. Vacant! The landscaping is all overgrown and dead. Something VERY fishy is going on with this property and the agents are trying to hide it. In May they said the house would be ready for June 1st. She called me and gave insights of this house and this we found were tremendously helpful to us because even with the available description and photos listed on MLS listing, we still were missing crucial facts about the actual house situation/facing, traffic noises, the neighbors, cleanest, etc... During our in person viewing of many properties, she makes sure we check for the type of floor plan, structure/arrangements, potential improvement, and repairs. Our agent is so unique that she is very honest as if she and family would live in a house and make sure it is suitable with our needs. In contrast of other agents who would pressure buyer in making an offer or buy a house hastily. Haley would provide us reports of comparable houses recently sold so we can make a best offer of the house. Most importantly, she asked us to send a personal letter of interest to buyer and accompanying this letter with a family photo to each of the offer. English was my second language, and it became my major road block. I suffered from lack of self-confidence and was afraid to speak up during class as I fear of being laughed at with my poor English pronunciation.  Fortunately, my English language issue was solved, since John offers real estate classes in both English and Vietnamese, which really helps me understand and catch up with all the lectures.. Teacher John was truly awesome. He made the material super easy to understand, digest and retain. He was ALWAYS available to answers thoroughly any questions I had from either the textbook or a real life scenario case.  I really liked the way he teaches in class. He kept all real estate chapters very interested with applying them to real life scenario. He often called out students and asked them to share their thoughts to make sure they understand the material. I was very embarrassed at first, when he called me up, but later I realized it really helped me improve my critical thinking on my day by day events. I also loved his great attitude and his sense of humor.  Believe it or not, when I first signed up in class,  I knew nothing about real estate, and I now finished the class with a whole lot of knowledge.  I passed Real Estate Salesperson exam on the first try....YEAH!! John took me in as his Agent/ Realtor under his One Stop Realty and Financial Team. He was my teacher, and is NOW my Broker as well as my mentor.
