The other had mediocre customer service and decent juice, but neither had convenient hours of business. Then I found the hip-hop shop. The had great hours, great customer service, and I have loved every juice I've gotten so far. The gentleman working there was happy to answer all of my questions and was very knowledgeable. I paid and left, when I opened the package I saw that it was the wrong size, I am not a professional when it comes to vape product I expect the sales person to be able to sell me the correct product as there is no way for me to see the cartridge it comes in a sealed foil pack. I went back in and explained to him, I was very nice about it, I told him I'm sorry but you sold me the wrong one he says he didn't sell m ethe wrong one he didn't even know what I had ??? He absolutely knew, he was just being Lazy I guess and chose not to look close enough at the battery I handed to him. He wouldn't offer to exchange it for the right size and said I opened it and that was it, I didn't feel like arguing so I left. I won't return to the store except for one time, I Plan to go back when the owner is there and see if he will exchange it, If he does I will update this review if not it will be left as is!
