All while he had a gun strapped to his hip.  I stayed to him "you know me brother, and you where so friendly the other day".  He then inappropriately, sarcastically, insulting, rude, and unkindly. Said "HAVE A GOOD DAY SIR!"in a very sarcastic tone of voice.  The lady that was there was welcoming and nice.  I also think that an employee with a bad attitude and a gun is a is not only bad for business but also a recipe for disaster.

Today I went in to buy an elf bar and when I tested it everything was well, I got to the car and hit it a couple more times while driving and it was hard to breathe & my throat started hurting. I did a little research on elf bars and how they can easily be faked. I went back into the smoke shop and asked to scan the box to verify if it was real and on the elf bar website it popped up as an imitation (fake). I asked for a refund and the guy I talked to told me "your lips touched it I can't refund you" (I understand that if it's a legit vape and there's nothing wrong with it, but this was not the case). I then asked to speak to the lady who sold them to me (she was extremely kind the entire time) and she was understanding and I explained the differences of my real elfbar I had prior and the fake, she then told the guy to call their manager. He came back out and told me that the manager said they would refund me the money but that I was no longer allowed there. I did nothing, I didn't cause a scene, I was extremely calm the entire time and never once was rude about being sold a fake. I would always recommend this place to friends, but after today, definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND. They also either lie to get you to buy and leave or they simply make stuff up because they don't KNOW what they're selling to people. Advanced vaping requires a LOT of knowledge that's important for safety! Also, they're EXTREMELY over priced here. They don't care about the safety of your setup as long as they can make a sale. I've also noticed that their e liquids tend to just turn dark murky brown or even black after using, they don't even seem to fully evaporate. Stay away from TKO entirely!
