Most of the other employees showed up at closing time, and they are serious about keeping the place clean and running without any leaks. John the owner is absolutely determined to give everyone who walks into his shop an exceptionally special experience, whether its mixing your all time favorite juice, finding the perfect device for your needs, or just hanging out and talking to the customers and being integrated into the shop system. Instead of paying himself to sit behind a counter, John goes above and beyond and tailors everything to make SURE you have had an amazing shop experience and are completely satisfied with your purchase. And If your juice somehow manages to be terrible, the full bottle brought back can be exchanged for an entirely new bottle of juice! These guys don't specialize in all the high end mods and devices, you will not be paying a fortune to Vape, and you will not find over priced goods here. AAAA+++! I'm from N. California and travel to Albuquerque just about once a month. I found the local Alb shop a couple of years ago and discovered Walter White vape juice- love it! I can't take it on the airplane since I don't check my carry-on suitcase. So, I order online & follow up with phone calls to make sure that they have mailed me 10- 120ML bottles at a time. Honestly this has been the best vape shop I've ever been in. I don't personally vape myself, but my fiancé does and she has a hard time leaving the home - leaving me to run the errands for her. I thought Just Vape was going to be a good choice. Evidently,I was wrong. I ordered two juices on December 20,1999 but unfortunatly,received only 1 juice,which had been tampered with. I immediately called Ian at Just Vape and he encouraged me to call the manager to state my problem. After return calls I was told a replacement pkg. was sent to my address. It never arrived! Also,my phone number was 'blocked'. So,what kind of business blocks your calls and doesn't stay true to their word? Not a company that I want to do business with,in the future. read more

I went into your new location on Montgomery and Louisiana earlier today because my E-cigarette (that I had purchased there) was malfunctioning. The staff was so patient and professional with me as they tried to repair my E-cigarette.
