STAY AWAY!!!!! This dealership sold me a jeep for my 16 year old son that was UNSAFE and not "road ready" mid FEB 2022. I paid $2400 down and have been paying weekly on it every Friday- even though it has been in the shop since the week it was bought. Within 3 days of having the jeep, my son was on the side of the road, scared for his life because the jeep was shaking so bad and the steering wheel locked up on him. I took it to 3 shops and they all said the truck should have never been sold in the condition it was. I asked for any type of help with payment on getting the jeep fixed, I asked for an exchange with a safer vehicle, I asked for any type of assistance at all from them- I even took it to the mechanic they use. All I have been told is they spoke to the "General Manager" and he denies any help. When I asked for the GM's name and contact info, it was denied. The entire underneath of this jeep has had to be redone. I have pictures and mechanic notes on the condition of this vehicle when it was purchased. It is Mid April and I am still paying for a jeep that is STILL being worked on and I am still paying for ALL the work myself! A word of caution to everybody that even stops at this particular used car dealership, these gentlemen are thieves. They know it, and when you confront them they will already threaten you with a lawyer. They have sold me a vehicle with the odometer turned back over 100,000 miles, which is a federal offense. Of course I'd only found this out after having it for less than a month and the transmission went out while I was driving on i4. When I pulled up the CARFAX report, the last time the vehicle has been looked at it had 228000 miles on it, and when I bought the car it had about 104000 miles on it. When I confronted them they were rude, unprofessional, and ignored my calls and emails. When the time came to make my payment, I brought a stack of paperwork, a letter from a lawyer, & a local police officer and it was only then that they would let me out of the contract. This place is a rip off, don't trust Steve or Randy. I worked in the auto industry for a long period of time, but these guys are real scumbags. A class action lawsuit will be filed against them as they have sold many other people vehicles they were unsafe and unfit to drive as they try to hide behind the "as is" clause. WARNING!! This dealership (if you can call it that) should have it's doors closed by the federal government for fraud, forgery, and outright stupidity!! Bought a "great" vehicle (as claimed by the salesman).At time of purchase they asked for $1200 down payment, after running my credit card an signing more papers; they proceed to tell me they need ANOTHER $600 up front for "tax, tag, title transfer". Now my "down payment turned into $1800. After I personally checked w/ DMV I found out I had been over charged by $200 on title and registration fees! After the first 3 weeks the A/C stopped functioning, I'm the MIDDLE of summer!! Dealer was quick on the "as is policy" this cost me $540 dollars out of pocket. Again, 6 months into purchasing the vehicle the timing chain broke and 28th labor cost an addition $1650. During signing the original papers, I explained that I was paid once per month, salesman agreed this was not a problem, I would need to pay my payment monthly rather than weekly. After two weeks I was harassed by threatening phone calls and letters of repo due to not paying "weekly". During the last repair the $1650 dollar mechanics bill set me back a lot, caused my payment to only become THREE WEEKS LATE!! So they repo'd the lemon they sold me. No worries, all I wanted was my belongings (especially my license plate). After,numerous calls dealership have me the run around about where to "find" the tag. Have now contacted the police for theft, filed complaint with BBB, and have a civil suit against them. Take my advice and do not buy a 59 cent soda from these crooks !!! read more
