I can't say enough about Mehdi and the team at Top Dollar and my experience with selling a car (2018 Tesla Model 3) to them. First- the transaction was easy and painless and I was amazed at the speed with none of the typical games. I made an appointment with the team at their Beach Blvd. location. Pulled up and they knew who I was and immediately looked the car over and asked several questions (5 minutes). They then took the car for a test drive (10 minutes) and then returned to provide me a firm offer in writing. Total time was 15 to 20 minutes. They provided me with a print out that outlined their offer (that was good for 7 days). They're offer met my expectations so I sold them the car on the spot. They were one of two companies that responded to Kelly Blue Book inquiry on value of cars we are trading for a new 2023 NX 350. They gave us top dollar offers on both our cars (2017 BMW and 2017 Subaru) and we were super impressed by the easy rapport with each staff member we met during negotiations. Other company that texted a promise to beat any other legitimate offer actually gave up when seeing the two Top Dollar Car offers and said they couldn't beat either offer. Bottom line, since Lexus couldn't reduce their MSRP in the new car, they eventually were forced to raise their offer on the two trade-ins and only beat Top Dollar because of the tax credit.
