I have never enjoyed coming to this salon. I come because my nail tech does an excellent job. While it is neat and clean, and she does such a nice job on my nails, she is also always complaining and gossiping about the customers to other nail techs and to me. I have noticed that it's mainly just her and the owner who engage in this behavior. That's really uncomfortable because I don't like feeling that I may run afoul of their sensibilities or do something they perceive as rude to them and they might gossip about me. Well I got my turn. After being a loyal customer for almost two years, I apparently stepped in it. This last time she did my nails one of the finger nail's polish lifted that evening and so I peeled it off because it was snagging on everything and bugging me. I tried to get a hold of her to ask if she could fit me in to correct it but I couldn't reach her. I texted her three or so times. So I decided to just show up in person the next day to see if she could fix it. She was out. So I asked politely if anybody else would be able to fix it. I had no idea that was "rude." The owner rather curtly told me she was too busy, which I get. I know they are very busy so I didn't get my feelings hurt. But I did turn to the other tech and see if she had time. She looked at it and said she could help me if I came back in like 30 minutes. I was very happy with that and I did and she did a great job. Took all of five -seven minutes and I gave her a little tip for her efforts and left. All good, right? Wrong. Later I get a snippy text from my nail tech basically chewing me out for not using the correct number to get in touch with her (she has two) and for putting her in an awkward position with her coworkers. Apparently, she was told I acted huffy? I was like, wait a minute...I didn't act huffy. If anyone was huffy it was the owner. I was so confused by that. I was like, don't you all kind of help each other out from time to time? That is certainly how it works in most establishments. I thought this was pretty petty, to be honest, but now I know she likely complained about me to another customer. And that's just when I realized I don't want this negative energy in my life. Additionally, she has quite often reschedules our appts due to family emergencies. I am not complaining about having to put up with accommodating a family emergency or even a few- but she has them often. I chalk this up to her offering and me buying a one year subscription from her over Christmas so I could get my nails done twice a week including nail art for a whole year. Well, I think she sees me as a time sink for her as she is not making any money but tips from me, since I paid up front. So I wouldn't recommend ever making the mistake of buying one of her subscriptions again. Or gift certificate or whatever they are. You will likely get treated like I did. If you want to feel valued, pampered or want a positive atmosphere- this place ain't it. Go somewhere else. Here you get grumpiness and bad attitudes. I cannot recommend this place due to that. It should tell you so much that I'd rather give up my next six months of my paid subscription than keep going back to a place that treats me with contempt. One star because the place is clean. Another star for the coworkers who stepped up the two times I have ever needed anything extra that my nail tech could not do. Last star is because when she does my nails they are almost always perfect and lovely. read more

I'v gone to the salon a few times when I go to town to get a massage not only is the massage therapist good at what she dose I like the atmosphere the hole salon has, all of the lady's are great almost like a family, it's very inviting and friendly, the prices are good and I always leave relaxed with a few good laughs. This place could be wonderful if management stepped up. The nail techs take smoke breaks in the middle of their appointments. I can't tell you how many times I have seen clients waiting while the techs are out smoking. Very unprofessional and it smells terrible when the techs come back in and greet their waiting customers. Also being on cell phones and discussing issues that are irrelevant to the customer. When you have a customer you should not be on your cell phone. Literally, the cell being held up with a shoulder and tech doing the nails at the SAME time. That should never happen in a professional nail shop. I have been here for about 2 years and I see the same tech every time but the other 2 brunettes are the ones they need to talk with. Also the massage therapist is loud and doesn't look very clean. Very unkempt, I would not like to have her massage me. She comes out and all their talk is frank and cuss words here and there. Like your at a bar...not a nail spa. Prices are reasonable and 95% of the time I love my nails. Jenifer is one I would recommend for gel. She is kind and patient and but needs to remind her nail tech this is a place of business and not a party at the local bar. Step it up ladies! read more

I wanted to give a 5 star rating that is the complete opposite of the other review. Yes, it is not as "professional" as your "normal" salon but we are in Cheyenne, WY. This is more of a small-town beauty shop run by people you can actually hold a conversation with. My experience here today for the first time was great. I was in contact with * Danielle * idk if I spelled her name right before I could come in and had to cancel twice because of my work schedule and she was super understanding and was even able to work around my schedule and come in on her day off just to do my nails. She did an amazing job and I enjoyed the salon. All the ladies were really helpful and another technician (Jennifer I think was her name) even stopped for a second to go into her personal selection of nail colors to help me find one that fit me best. AND I got a discount. Definitely recommend this place to anyone, it's small though so you might have to call ahead. read more
