I found out yesterday that the machines I have been using are for "building a base". I can get a a more tan if I use a machine that is an up-charge. Confusing. I want to compliment the staff. I do not know anyone's name but they are all friendly. Except the short woman with long black hair who wears a garnet or red ring on her right hand. She might be Hispanic. She is rude and should not be working with the public. I told one of the assistant managers about her & she told me that they had talked to her. It is NOT okay to be 'greeted' by a staff member with "what's your phone number"! Common courtesy dictates that you should exchange greetings & then get to the dialog about the appointment. I do feel that the salon is very clean and I appreciate that very much. I think every room should have a hook for clothes.
