My domain has been held hostage by this subpar company until today. Be so careful who you choose to manage your brand. My SEO tanked, after hiring Rankworks. I had a young women who isn't even in the business redo the website and ChatGPT tells me it is a major improvement. Heed the warning and don't let your business get trapped with this low quality company with miserable customer service and zero the dedication that they profess. If I have an unhappy client I gladly refund or find a way to make it right, not these people you are trapped, they refuse to admit when they have dropped the ball. Reviews for my business are very important, apparently they don't mind a poor review for their poor performance so I hope they enjoy this one. They knew this review was coming but did not care to release my domain, for all the frustration and lost business they choose this way.
