My domain has been held hostage by this subpar company until today. Be so careful who you choose to manage your brand. My SEO tanked, after hiring Rankworks. I had a young women who isn't even in the business redo the website and ChatGPT tells me it is a major improvement. Heed the warning and don't let your business get trapped with this low quality company with miserable customer service and zero the dedication that they profess. If I have an unhappy client I gladly refund or find a way to make it right, not these people you are trapped, they refuse to admit when they have dropped the ball. Reviews for my business are very important, apparently they don't mind a poor review for their poor performance so I hope they enjoy this one. I have just transitioned to a new website company called Rankworks. I have to say the new website looks fantastic. I am so pleased with the staff. The account sales/ manager has been so patient. The website designer so creative - a very professional job, And the Techinical looks like it is going forward nicely. What a difference between these guys and the prior company I used.
