1) Juan is the one who told me that his employee was fired for being a "tweeker"... he used that person as a scapegoat for why my order was so badly produced, He then promised to fix it himself!
2) not every shirt they printed was wrong...However, complete runs were....I STILL (years later) have dozens of shirts and hoodies that I can't sell, and won't throw away.
3) all kids hoodies were completely ruined, partially printed (front but not back). You won't see any children with my business hoody...and I still have them all. Some weren't printed at all.
4) my favorite logos/colors on shirts, I never even got one for myself, because Juan or his employee, stole my Large Canvas shirts.
5) As I unpacked the large ordered hoodies and shirts Juan delivered to me, I noticed hoodies missing. So I called Juan. He apologized and said he had them there, but he couldn't deliver them...so, I went down and picked them up.
6) there were s number of different computers shirts and logos, so it took me a while to count them all.. so days later when I finished, I realized there were a huge number of Large shirts missing (I'm a large)... I then called Juan who apologized and said they were there at his place!
Because I already drove to him for one of his mistakes, he offered to bring me the shirts...he never did.
100% on the lives of my family, these are the facts.
Juan bit off more than he could chew with the size of my job. He hired someone HE CALLED a tweeker obviously because he needed an employee to help him. It backfired and I got ripped off. Juan's response should be indication enough as to how he does business.
