The worst customer service and bad product. I placed an order payed and didn't hear from them for two weeks. When I called they said my order would be ready for pick up in two days. When I went to pick up my order it was incomplete and the printing was terrible. They said they would fix the print. I didn't hear from them for another two weeks. I called and they still didn't have my order ready. I had to ask for a refund. Update when I called Chris for confirmation of a refund he was very rude and yelling because of my review on yelp. I guess if you want quality products you're not a good fit for their company and if you call them to ask any questions that's considered harassing to them. read more

I loved going to Next Day Printed Tees! This place has a huge selection of items. I just went in for Fundraising T-Shirts but they have the biggest catalog with a variety of shirts, sweatshirts, bags, baby items, laptop bags etc, the list goes on. Even better, it was all very reasonable priced. When I arrived to the showroom the staff was so kind and helpful; they helped me design my logo and gave me advise on what would look good for the item I need. Tim & Chris really went above and beyond. I was very happy with the customer service at this place. As for the shirts I ordered, I ordered my shirts on a Tuesday and got them by Friday! With Next Day Printed Tees they take all the work our of ordering or producing appeal. With my schedule it's very important to me that a vendor not cause me extra work. NDPT actually saves me time and headaches every time. The are very professional, easy to work with and most importantly I've never felt like I was working with a sales person. So often with vendors, they're trying to sell you on their next best thing. Not with NDPT. These people get straight to business and the job done. How NDPT sells you on their company is by the professionalism of their staff and the quality of their product. And that brings me to my second word. QUALITY. Next Day Printed Tees has consistently offered me extremely competitive pricing. But the most extraordinary thing about them, is the quality of their products. Often times we submit our own artwork. But there have been several occasions where we've asked NDPT to produce some artwork for us. Every time they've done this, I've been impressed. I don't know who their graphic designers are, but they are true artist. With other vendors, you might get a graphic that looks like something your Aunt made after she learned about "Word Art" in Microsoft Word. With NDPT, the graphics are inspired and actually looks like somebody with an art background produced it. And, whatever they put on shirt, sweatshirts, etc, lasts forever! I've used NDPT for years and I have yet to see any lettering or graphics crack, despite how many trips through the dryer it takes. You pay economy prices for lasting and beautiful quality. I was so impressed with this company until I washed the kids shirts the next day. Half of the lettering actually came off. I was so disappointed I was ready to provide a 5 star review with all the fixins like a great home cooked meal but it ended up falling short when it came out the dryer.
