Really bad experience from start to finish. Susan missed meetings we set. I sent photos and…read moredescriptions of the monogramming I wanted for handkerchiefs--three letters in corner of each hanky. The finished product wasn't even close. The monogramming was basically in the middle of the hanky. Susan "offered" to redo the work but charge me again for it. Not much of an offer, especially since I'd have to buy new hankies. The ladies inside were extremely helpful and they were very accommodating especially when I mentioned it would be difficult to return to get the tag, since I live 30 minutes from that specific mall. They offered to mail it to me for just $1!! Although the options for tags was limited the service completely made up for it! Definitely would go back to them again!
