What can I say? They throw a mean Friday the 13th party!…read more In all seriousness, Clockwork Active Media Systems is great. If you read up on them, you will begin to think that they must be a fab place to work. They win all kinds of workplace and quality of life awards, they have a fun website (Follow them on FriendFace!), and an awesome sense of humor. I certainly thought so, and was afforded the opportunity to interview for a position with them. Once you have had the pleasure of meeting some of the real faces behind the friendly web presence, you will begin to believe it. Nancy and Meghan are personable and approachable movers and shakers online and (if you will) IRL. Kurt shops at Rainbow in the Quarry and is never shy to say hi. Sharyn has amazing tattoos and an adorable son who helped create said artwork, and she's not afraid to share stories about both...or the comfy chair and fun toys in her office! Long story short, I can't attest to the quality of their work. I CAN, and will, however, attest to their quality of life and quality of people they have working under the roof of their service station. They are absolutely amazing. They contribute to the quality of life online through Twitter, Facebook, and Flickr, as well as in my own back yard here in NE Minneapolis by being high quality human beings. I hope to stop by to snag a fresh notebook soon--mine is filling up fast!

Aside from the highly expensive extortion fees and lawyer kickbacks everyone talks about, the…read morebiggest issue I have with this app is its security. OFW logs your login data, which is fine, but it forces you to log back in regularly. Therefore you are more incentivized to use a less secure password. On top of that, and I find this to be the biggest security red flag, it doesn't allow Two Factor Authentication (2FA), meaning no text sent to you with a six digit passcode for login attempts or no ability to use an authenticator app. Think about that. With at least two accounts subject to this vulnerability (you and your ex) a hacker just needs to hack one of your accounts and they have access to all your child's information you both shared. Shady! All your pictures, doctor visits, expenses, confidential information, contact info, vitals and everything is in this app and because of their policy to retain these records for the court, ALL OF IT is permanently undeletable. If and when you and your ex are done with this app, this data is forever stored on these servers with a vulnerable password. Family courts like to pretend they are thinking about child safety and all that, but they get their kickbacks and turn a blind eye to this extortion. As long as your child's data is in the custody of this poorly run company, your child is NOT truly safe. If you wouldn't trust your money in a bank without 2FA, why would you trust OFW with your child's data? Aside from all that, I see no functional difference between this app and regular email / texts / and other forms of communication. They say it's because you cannot delete stuff on this app. Well maybe you can delete emails or texts, but that doesn't mean the recipient deleted the message. The marketing fluff OFW spews to sell this and give the justice system incentives ought to be scrutinized. This is corruption at its finest and your child is caught in the cross hairs.

This is hands down the crappiest paid app that I've used. Any free email works better. First off,…read moreyou can only communicate with people who have an account, which means: - messages can not be cc'd to lawyers, court people, family counselors. - messages can not be cc'd to therapists, child counselors. - messages can not be cc'd to your personal email. It is very expensive for the functionality that is below that of using free GMail (messaging) + Google Sheets (for expense tracking) + Google Drive (to keep docs). The customer support is horrible. I keep asking for email cc ability, and it's fallen on deaf ears for almost a decade. Forget these guys.
