That is the feeling I was left with after speaking with this establishment. Had an issue with my laptop's performance and was about to begin upgrading everything by deductive reasoning. Spoke with this business and they were VERY HONEST with me. We did some troubleshooting and they explained to me why it may be time to just consider replacing my laptop. They don't sell computers, they repair them. They definitely knew more than I could acquire through YouTube University so they could have easily taken my money, but they were honest and gave me options that would satisfy my goal but be cost effective as well. I occasionally worked on Macs for years at my work, but Mark looked at my dead MacBook Air, which I assumed was a dead brick that I would spend a little on to confirm that, and did something I would have never thought of, simple and effective.
