The older employee, Tom, tried to charge a holding fee. When I explained it should be free, he said, "If you don't want to pick it up, then don't," and threw my package in the back even though I relayed it was an expensive item. I confirmed with the retailer later that no fees should have been charged. Completely unacceptable behavior and terrible customer service from Tom.
