They don't care. All about pumping you full of drugs that don't work without doing anything to find the reasons you're sick.

Dr Mahmood is great! He is knowledgeable and understanding. I immediately felt at ease and confident in receiving expert medical care.

Most doctors offices are horrible to be honest. You show up at your scheduled time. They make you…read morewait 30 minutes to see the nurse then 20 minutes in the room to see the doctor. Not here. They schedule like they actually care about thier patients waiting, the office manager and reception team is helpful. The doctors at the practice care. I would highly recommend.

I wish I could give this place zero stars. The girls at the front desk are not helpful and not nice…read moreand the office is outdated. The doctor has a bunch of his military certificates hanging up in the lobby and magazines from the 90s. How about posting your certificates that made you a doctor? I went with my husband who was having some dizzy episodes so we were seeking help to see what's going on. If you have an appointment at 9 - bring a book or something because you won't be seen until 9:45 and everyone that comes in after you will get seen before you do. Dr. Torzala recommended an MRI and physical therapy. He said the MRI results showed something that could be nothing but could be something...what. He suggested an MRI with contrast. Why don't you get with the times and have an online portal? Then you could have told him to schedule an MRI with contrast. Oh no portal, so you can charge $150 for us to sit in the lobby for 30 minutes to wait to talk to you for 3 minutes for you to tell us you actually should have done the MRI with contrast. Then we had to wait over a month to see him for the MRI results with contrast. Thank God it wasn't anything serious. It turned out that whatever he said he saw in the first MRI wasn't even there! Sat in the lobby for 15 minutes and talked to him for 3. Just for him to say he saw nothing and my husband had some degradation in his neck so he should do more physical therapy. This dude is that worst doctor, zero bed side manner, zero care. Don't go to this office or seek his professional opinion because you'll just end up with huge bills (and we have really good insurance) and nothing to show for it.

Perhaps this business should change the name to Neurology related to sleep disorders…read more My one and only visit was less than 30 mins but I'll share my experience: The staff was friendly, the wait time to see the doctor was very reasonable. The problem was only that the Dr explained that he didn't treat my specific neurological diagnosis (which isn't sleep related). My MS diagnosis, however, is only treated by neurologists. Then he explained that the medication I have been taking for 14 years, that has effectively relieved the symptoms, is not prescribed for my diagnosis...???... which makes it clear to me why he doesn't treat ppl with this diagnosis. His assessment was brief as he was more focused on the medication I've been taking than any other aspects of my diagnosis history. It's just as well, since his knowledge base is too limited to provide the neurological healthcare I need, but I can appreciate that he didn't have the type of ego that would have put my continuing healthcare at risk. Also, I was not charged for the visit... so I feel he respected my time as much as I appreciated his honesty. I'm disappointed that it wasn't a productive visit to address my personal healthcare needs, but other than that, I have no complaints. I give them 3 stars Bc the service was very friendly, I'm satisfied with the outcome as it was, but if they are so limited in their practice abilities, I would recommend the receptionist ask a few pointed questions before accepting new patients.

I was seen at the Thomas rd location, across from St. Joseph's Hospital.. The office waiting room…read morewas like a cramped bus station with cheap plastic chairs far to close together for any real sense of personal space. Checking in at the front desk was a joke, again no space to move, as you were backed up against a row of cheap plastic chairs with people in them. The front desk girl was less than gracious or professional making the fact that I was misinformed when it came what time to check in vs. my actual appt time, as I waited almost 2 hours to be seen, totally unacceptable. The office was dingy, cramped and uncomfortable both in regards to personal space and any sense of a sense of peace before seeing the doctor. My attitude and expectations when I finally did see the doctor were basically in the crapper due to the office environment and staff and waiting almost 2 hours. when I finally did see and meet her [the Doctor] those expectations along with my already bad attitude was not made better, as she didn't seem all that interested my neurological issues, I have MS, nor was she remotely apologetic about her staff misinforming me about my appt time, check in time, or that she was well aware that I had been waiting almost 2 hours. Maybe it's me, but in this case, I think not, this office, this staff, this Doctor were awful..
