It goes without saying that Kayleigh's presentation and demeanor align well with the theme and ambiance of they is community, but she is also quite knowledgeable and, in my opinion, indexes high in the category of professionalism. I've visited with many communities over the past three-to-four weeks, but this one stands out because of the landscaping , amenities, the range of floor plan options, but also because of the look and feel of the even the hallways. I found that part of the layout to have a rather elegant feel. If you're considering The Court at Redstone, ask to see Kayleigh. I can recommend her without reservation. Really nice job, Kayleigh!

Good lighting is provided in and around the property, especially in common areas. The apartments are spacious with nice appliances. Maintenance requests are promptly addressed. We think the valet trash fee $25 per month & additional $7 trash fee on the conservice bill per month is unreasonable. A total $32 fee for trash removal is ridiculous. Unfortunately, No place is entirely immune to criminal activity. Crime can happen in any location regardless. It is real, often has tragic consequences, and one victim is one too many. There is importance of being aware of the possibility of crime wherever you are.  On Thursday, 6/12/25 at 3:30am my family and I were abruptly awakened by gunshots in the parking lot here at Parkstone. This isolated incident involving a resident did result in a fatality. The apartment managers emailed notifying tenants about the nature of the incident, and they're fully cooperating with the sheriff investigation. Law enforcement has indicated there is no additional threat. However, the email did not mention how Parkstone would be implementing any necessary safety measures going forward prioritizing tenants well being. This incident was very shocking because the neighborhood is appealing. The effects of the incident left us feeling worrisome and a decreased sense of safety. It was quite a bit to process mentally. But we remain hopeful/praying that no other crime will take place while living here. If possible Parkstone property management should consider implementing or enhancing security measures on the property to prevent future incidents. Such as contracting security personnel to patrol the premises at night. This would give tenants reassurance and sense of safety.

The process honestly felt like a scam…read more My experience with Enclave at Bailes Ridge was extremely frustrating, particularly regarding pre-existing conditions and final charges. Be extremely careful when moving in and out. Document every single issue, even minor ones, because you may end up being charged for pre-existing conditions if you don't have documentation proving otherwise. What made the situation worse was the lack of proper communication and the documentation provided to support the charges. In my case, the initial move-out documentation included photographs that were not even from my apartment. I immediately pointed this out to the leasing office. I then waited more than 20 days before being told that the wrong photographs had been sent "by mistake." That is extremely concerning. If photographs are being used as evidence to justify charges, how does the property send photographs from a completely different apartment? Even more frustrating, despite providing incorrect supporting documentation, they still held me to the original payment deadline. The property can take more than 20 days to acknowledge that the evidence they provided was wrong, but the resident is still expected to meet the original deadline. I also repeatedly requested the original move-out instructions, payment instructions, invoices, and supporting documentation showing how the final charges were determined. Communication was slow and incomplete, and I had to repeatedly ask for information that should have been provided from the beginning. The overall experience left me feeling that the process relied on residents not carefully reviewing the documentation or challenging questionable charges. When I did review it and pointed out the discrepancy, I was simply told the wrong information had been sent by mistake. Maybe it was a mistake. But when you combine charges for conditions that may have existed before move-in, poor communication, incorrect photographs, a 20+ day delay in correcting those documents, and strict adherence to deadlines despite their own error, the entire process becomes extremely difficult to trust. At times, it genuinely felt like a scam. My recommendation to anyone considering this property: take extensive photos and videos before moving in and out, document every existing issue in writing, keep copies of every email, and carefully review every charge and photograph.

I couldn't figure out how to use the thermostat on move in day, and maintenance called me immediately to help me figure it out. We appreciated how responsive they were! There have been a few issues with appliances, but this isn't something specific to this apartment complex. Work orders are already submitted and I'm confident they will address it quickly. Spin bikes and basketball court are great. Tennis court is well lit. I don't have a dog, but the park is close to our apartment. Pet owners seem to be responsible and the dog park well maintained. Very family friendly apartment complex. We have been pleased to see so many families out and about in the common areas. *Quick note, our apartment is the Juniper Floorplan (2bed/2bath). We are facing the back of the building. I did notice that the back units don't have the window over the balcony door, and there are no glass shelves built into our dining room wall like you see in the virtual walkthrough. There is also no outlet on the patio, which I wish we would have noticed before moving in. We will have to remove our outside light and put a power adapter in to have outdoor electricity.* I will update in the future as we get a better feel for the community, office staff, apartment, and maintenance.

I asked management to hold up to the terms of the lease and compensate for part of the month's rent due to this issue and they said "it was still functional." Disappointing to have to deal with all this moving to a new city. I would not recommend this complex. I'm concerned about the health and mold issues if all this happens only within 3 weeks. I have mold samples sending out to a lab this week. Will report this complex to health department and follow suit if it comes back positive.

The floors lack what seems to be proper insulation and are topped with laminate which is notorious for amplifying noise. Fortunately, I live on the top floor of my building so I don't experience it like my downstairs neighbor does. I have a small cat that occasionally runs around chasing toys and my neighbor described the sound to be like 3+ people running above them. I have done the due diligence to purchase a wool runner in hopes that it helps pad the noise in the hall, but at the end of the day, it's a building problem. Unfortunately, this has caused them to knock on my door expressing that I have been loud since they moved in. I can't imagine what living here would be like if your upstairs neighbor has guests over, have a family with kids, or have dogs.
