Purchased "The Works" yesterday to get my car washed/ cleaned inside out, and I am pleased! The attendants took their time to ensure there were no spots or streaks left behind-- also super happy that there was no "dirty washcloth" scent lingering once the job was complete. The cashiers inside were polite as well. I have heard that this location is usually quite busy, however taking the size of the location into consideration and the amount of attendants working, you don't end up waiting that long. We were 3rd in line and were taken care of within a maximum of 5 minutes (which gave us a chance to quickly toss out any trash and organize whatever we needed to). I have been coming to Airport branch for almost 30 years. Went for a car wash today being 26th of May around 1pm and I got the worst service I have ever gotten in terms of car wash ( $63). Despite paying for tire spary, they didn't even do it and I had to request for it. The car was not pat dry . The salt from the winter on the driver's side floor was left as I brought it. How is it possible that these guys are a 4 star establishment???? I came here a few months ago and they did a horrible job on my car. Not only did they not clean my car properly but even left a grease stain on my seat. I decided to give them another chance and it looks like they've gotten even worst. I spent 20 minutes cleaning the car myself right outside of the car wash. I didn't feel so bad cause there were at least a dozen people either complaining to the manager that looked like he didn't give a shit what they were saying. Or people cleaning their own cars. Beware of this establishment. They stole my passenger side original car mat with the logo embroidered on it. I went back to the place to get my mat back and half of them pretended not to speak English, the receptionist hung up on me on my way there and no one seemed to know where it was. I spoke to the supervisor who tried to play dumb and when I told him exactly what it looked like with a stern look, he knew exactly where it was! In a pile of other exact mats! Fantastic quick service. Staff was helpful. The process itself seemed extremely streamlined which is always nice to see. Was In-n-out in under 15 min. Car cleaned quite well. Though I'm always wary of rollers touching the car. No issues much. I just wish they'd paid attention to ensuring my windshield was dry before they were done. Hate using the wipers after washing. Leaves annoying marks. All in all $27. Not cheap I agree but still getting what you pay for so still not a bad thing every once in a while. read more

I askex for wash plus and asked to have the trunk vacuumed. watched my car go through the line and not only was the trunk NOT vacuumed, but they didn't do anything to the back portion of my car. the back seats were NOT vacuumed, the hand rests were not cleaned and they didn't clean the back windows. When I requested these things be done, even then it wasn't done properly. I got into the back of my car and cleaned the seats and arm rests and windows MYSELF! When I complained to the "manager" nothing was said or done! Not even an apology!!! all he said was "I've told these guys to do better". THAT WAS ALL HE SAID!!! "Before you take your keys back, make sure you check your car for spots they missed." That was what I was told by one of my colleagues when I told her I was trying In & Out for the first time. Other colleagues liked it though, so it made me less weary about giving it a shot. I should've listened to the minority. It was a Friday afternoon at 4pm and the lineup went all the way from the carwash entrance all the way to the carwash exit on the other side. "I guess it must be really good...", I thought, as I entered the 30 minute lineup. Things changed as I approached the car wash entry door. There was one person taking service orders and another one taking keys and getting the cars on the conveyor belt. About 2 car lengths away, there was a menu of available services, which I was reading for the first time. As I handed my keys to one of the guys, the other one told me "Hurry up, we don't have all day" while giving me a dirty look. I had just looked at the menu for 10 seconds at this point! Feeling hurried, I went with their "Works" package, which was their 2nd highest car wash service, including a wash, rinse, wax, underbody spray, hand dry, and a full interior cleaning/vacuuming. Reluctantly, I watched my car enter the wash. They have a old school style car wash store that runs lengthwise and allows you to watch your car go through the motions. You pay for your wash at this store, and in exchange they give you a receipt which you exchange for your keys at the end of the wash. Here's my evaluation after the wash: Wash/Rinse/Wax/Hand Dried: Fine. The wash was all machine based though, so it missed a lot of spots around the wheel wells and and little crevices. I asked the employee at the end of the line to clean those parts off for me and he complied. I still wish they bothered to clean up some evidently visible spots that the touch wash missed though... Interior cleaning/vaccuming: absolutely terrible. windshield and rear window were full of streaks that were visible as soon as I drove home. The dash was still dusty. Shift boot was dusty. Some dirt still on the seats. The mats were well washed, but weren't even dry and were slippery. I truly do not see how whatever they did is worth the $15 upgrade from the Basic wash to the Works. Their exterior wash missed numerous spots. Their interior cleaning also missed numerous spots. Their staff made the rudest first impression. But yet, their lineup was long. Maybe I'm the one who had unreasonable expectations. I don't go to car washes often as I prefer to do it myself. I guess I'll continue to do so because if this is what $30 gets you in the car wash world, it's not worth your time and money. read more

Brought my truck here for a $300 total detail including extra cost for wheels ... paid for hand wax and had to run out into the floor as they pulled out a rotary buffer. No thanks - no circular scuffs on my vehicle. Plus that wasn't what I paid for. ... Also within 2 days my wheels oxidized and are irreparable. 'Cleaner' ate the clear coat right off A $300 detail cost me my $2200 wheels/rims as they are totally ruined. read more

I took my car in yesterday for a wash and clean. I bought their $50 package. When they finished with my car, I told them I wanted to see how it was. So as I was checking I noticed they did not wipe down the sides of my door on the inside. My cup holder and the area underneath was not even touched. Underneath my seats there was still so many little things crumbs and dust. I was not happy with the service at all. So I told them to do it there again. They took my car in for another 10 minutes. Even after the 10 minutes it wasn't the best for the amount I paid. I realized after that my trunk was not even touched. I also noticed that the microfiber cloths they use are the same ones they use on the inside and outside also for the rims. I was looking forward to going here as I always saw it when I was driving past it. I definitely won't be going back for sure. read more

Having 4 kids from infants to middle age , kids have made a hugh mess inside and never thought they would be able to remove the vomit and spillage of drinks stains. Great for a quick full clean of your car, wouldnt call or expect full detailing as it is obviously an "in and out" service so i do on occasion find its a pieces that could have been better attended to. However for a quick basic clean this is my go to i leave with a cleaner car and no dirty hands! The main lady at the cash desk is always pleasant and very socialable. there's nothing I can say that hasn't been said before. This location (not the Kennedy one) is fantastic. Well worth the price for 'the works' that you pay around $28 taxes in. What's awesome is you can do add on services for very good price. I highly recommend the $4 add on for tires/rims as they ensure to remove all brake dust from the rims that the wash generally misses. And the free tassimo coffee/tea is a bonus while you wait! great wash..my only complaint is they need to open one in Vaughan :) read more

I am medically exempt by my family doctor to not wear a mask, and the Kennedy location would not let me pay for the wash. After telling her that I want to pay, she declined. My car wash was almost free as the car was already almost finished, all because she did not understand the concept behind our mask policies in Ontario. I paid for the premium car wash to remove bird droppings and they were all still there. I had to ask for them to wipe one off that was clearly visible on the driver door. I noticed the employees were working hard to clean it but a manager was rushing them and therefore my car was not cleaned properly. I don't know if I'll pay that much to get it cleaned again. For the exact same results I can go to a drive through car wash at a gas station for so much less money. read more

Come here for the quick wash, vacuuming, and dash/ window cleaning. The Works Wash will cost you $27 taxes included and will take approximately 7 - 15 minutes depending on how busy it is. Best time to go would be during the week to avoid any line ups. The works wash is good if you are not super super anal about cleaning your car but still need a good interior and exterior cleaning. This place is extra convenient in the winter time when it is way to cold to wand wash your car. They also have a ton of car accessories like air fresheners, detailing items, seat belt covers, and even iPhone and Android chargers. For people who would rather wand wash their cars there are 8 stations attached to the building along with a Jiffy Lube to get your oil changed as well. I brought my dirty car in last week , liked it so much. It came out brand new and I had no idea that a car wash would put this much work into cleaning my car. Then I brought my wife's white dodge caravan , 2 boys 13 and 11 year old and they were amazing.. Very nice kids. My car and my wife's car looks amazing. Given that I have two young children, you can understand my car doesn't come in without looking like I drove through a storm of garbage and crumbs. I have been to in/out before to do the simplest of work but today was the first time doing premium. I just bought the car used and it needed some detailing. I just completed my 8hr shift so I really didnt want to spend time doing it myself. After my car was done, I did a once over to make sure I was getting what I paid for. Usually I would have jumped in my car and left BUT there job they did or lack there of was unacceptable. They missed areas clearly visible, that needed to be vacuumed especially on the drivers and back passenger area. There was a mountain of build up of dirt by the pedals, my rims were still dirty, and some dust by the heat stick. I guess they thought I wouldnt notice and kept it moving. I was NOT impressed, I went back inside to complain. Someone, I would assume was the manager had me drive around and he and 2 others worked on my car swiftly there was no careful attention to detail made. The manager said "oh the snow salt will come out over time" HUH??? How?? That sir that requires shampoo!!! I ignored him Then the manager left to tend to another car and soon after I see him wave to the others "ok enough". I was already annoyed at that point and just wanted to go home. Trust me if wasnt so tired I wouldnt have left until I was thoroughly satisfied. The rim's were still dirty and the floors too. NEVER AGAIN!! I would rather pay $100 to one guy to come to my house and use a toothbrush to emaculately clean my car than watch 5 guys rush through it or just do it myself. At least the car smelled great!! This is the place to go if you want your car cleaned perfectly and if its really dirty. However it is pricey but if you don't have time and energy rather come here. Since I usually keep my car pretty clean I hardly need to get the inside cleaned but when I do I come here. I usually go for the cheapest wash which is inside and out for like $30, I think the most expensive one is like $400. If it's not busy it usually takes around 15-20 minutes. You just give them the car they wash the outside first and than the inside, usually around 3 or 5 people clean the inside within that much time and you can watch from the glass window exactly what they are doing. They will throw out anything that seems like garbage like water bottles, loose receipts etc. You drive out with a clean car but the last time I went there was some lint from the handkerchief they used to dry the windows left on the edges of my window which I wished they cleaned off because that is what I'm paying for but I just cleaned it off myself. I will double check the next time I go. Overall amazing, fast, efficient and reasonable. read more

I took the $200 interior/exterior detail package, the interior was great, except I think they overs prayed the windshield cleaner onto the dash leaving some discolouration. The exterior was not so great, there was dirt on my bumper, and the wax wasn't rubbed in properly as I saw some of it on various parts of the car. For what they charged, I'd expect that someone would have checked the car to make sure all was good before telling me it's ready. I saw the dirt on the bumper right away and told them about it, and they somewhat clean it. I'm not sure id go back as other places charge less for a basic interior detail and while I'm sure they'd do a less than great job, as least they'd be cheaper. This particular place charges high, but the work doesn't match the cost. read more

I've been getting my car washed at the Airport location ever since they've opened and unfortunately I must say the quality of their service is going down. I used to love they way they cleaned my car, but the last time was totally unsatisfactory. There were a couple of other times when I wasn't quite satisfied, but I let it go. One day I made a mistake of leaving my windows opened and the interior of my car was covered in fine yellow dust - pollen I think. So I took it to In & Out Car Wash. What a disappointment! The interior wasn't vacuumed very well, front passenger seat backrest as well as back seats weren't touched and still covered in yellow dust. The dashboard was cleaned only partially, air vents still dirty...too many dirty spots to mention. If I hadn't had my grandson with me I would have complained right then and there and insist on better cleaning job, but I was pressed for time. Definitely not worth the $30 bucks I paid. I will try the Kennedy location again and if they're not any better, I'll take my car elsewhere. read more
