The price of my broken/lost/stolen items? Just a little more or the same price as the insurance. Not happy. I have to spend several hundred more for replacements. Money I don't have. My spouse told me that was the lowest pay option, and he is such a nice guy who can't say no. We are already paying for the labor, why do we need to leave a $600 tip on top of that? Also, to handle our furniture, they needed at least 5-6 people, but there were only three of them and they worked themselves to death. I feel bad for those three guys and it's not fair to them. FYI, if you need the company to hold on to your furniture, they also charge another $1000 for a week. I looked up other reviews for them and they are glowing with five stars.
