Laminate floors had NOT been swept, refrigerator remained nasty although better I will say. Shelves and under sink not cleaned, light fixtures and stove still greasy. And worst of all is the way the toilet was left. She was so nice on the phone. Apparently, she does not use any type of cleaning solution or vacuum attachments for corners and floors. The only thing visibly different is the clean carpets - I suppose - jury still out. Not worth the cash I'm out for sure. I do not recommend Tiffani.

After our first positive experience with Azucena we decided to book her again for our final deep…read moreclean before we moved out. She quoted a $200 increase from four months ago. When our packing and moving schedule changed she charged $25 for the reschedule (which my realtor said she had never heard of). She did split her workday in half, without additional charge, and come another day to finish up when we our packing got in her way,. However after we were gone, she decided to power wash the front walkway and driveway. We had discussed getting a bid on that but despite my asking her two or three times for a bid, she never gave me one. So, we arranged for our handyman to do it for $100 after we were out of the house. Two days later, when we were already in another state, I was surprised to get pictures of the power washing. When I asked her about it she said that it was almost finished and it would be $525! She never responded directly when I asked her why she would do that without having a bid or getting permission to do a job that expensive. She just kept saying how nice it would look. Needless to say that was very disappointing. I would say it's important to check online for comps to compare pricing for any work that you have her do, so that you know her bids are reasonable, and then lock down exactly what she is to do for what you're paying. She pushed back on my saying I would not pay her that much money for a power wash, but we finally came to an agreement at $200. Unfortunately, I would say if you use her it's important that you pay attention to her pricing and what she's actually doing. In addition she contacted my realtor and suggested several different small jobs she could do for extra pay that the realtor was responsible for. My realtor explained to her that she would take care of all of the things that were part of a realtor's job and that Azucena was finished with her part. She returned the house key and has not contacted either of us since. Azucena's cleaning is pretty thorough but after this experience I would not recommend her.
