They even painted the wrong color on my trim the and after one coat they started to pack up and leave and I said what's going on and they said we're done and I said no you're not you're supposed to put two coats on. I have owned and had painted three other houses and this was the worst paint job I have ever seen in my life. My neighbors were appalled at the work. This was a $7000 job back in 2019. The owner didn't come and check on them. The project manager never came and checked on them. He finally sent out a guy who hand painted the entire house and who also was appalled at how this owner of this paint company was behaving. I told them I wanted a discount for not only the time I had to put in it, but because he broke his verbal agreement about having a project manager check often on the paint job. That is the only reason I hired this company, but he lied to me about that. I will never recommend this company. After the second guy came in handpainted the house. I approved it and he called the owner and the owner came out immediately, which he hadn't done before., Why because he wanted his money right now. I said I wanted money off and he said no and he's very tall and over me and threatened me and threatened to sue me and that I would have a letter from his lawyer the next morning. I said go ahead. I have pictures of everything. I've documented everything and I will sue you for not keeping your word and for three weeks of my time trying to deal with this company. They absolutely suck. A friend of mine who lives in Monroe where this company is told me that people in her neighborhood had hired them and their paint jobs were completely a mess. So do not hire this company. This owner is not a fair person and he is threatening and angry when you. Confront him. Never never ever use this company. When he came out that last time, I also tried to show him that they dripped paint all over my stamped concrete patio and he yelled at me no no no you can't start adding things on and I'm like what, your people did this and you need to correct it and he said no way it's too late. I hadn't even paid him yet.! Horrible company, horrible owner, workers just it on said they were done and it looked horrible. I have pictures of all the places they patched and it is the worst job I've ever seen. I can't see enough do not . I am still under my 10 year warranty and the patchwork is not looking good anymore so I'll be calling him soon to get his ass out here and fix it. I spent so many hours so much time trying to get this corrected that I feel he owes me money for my time this company.

Years of old paint and previous paint failure meant there were many unexpected issues along the way. It definitely wasn't a straightforward repaint. I especially want to recognize Evan, our estimator and project coordinator, and Joel, the lead painter. When the project became more complicated than anticipated, Evan never disappeared or became defensive. He listened carefully to my concerns, communicated with me throughout the process, and, when it mattered most, personally rearranged his schedule to be on-site and make sure the final details were completed properly. That level of commitment meant a great deal to me. Joel's knowledge, craftsmanship, and attention to detail were equally impressive. It was obvious he cared about the finished product and took pride in doing quality work. Together, Evan and Joel were willing to rethink the approach as new challenges emerged, adapting the plan when needed rather than forcing a one-size-fits-all solution. They stayed committed to finding practical solutions and seeing a difficult project through instead of taking shortcuts or walking away when challenges arose. The final result is beautiful. My house looks refreshed, the curb appeal has been completely transformed, and I'm genuinely proud of how it turned out. Looking at it now, it's hard to appreciate just how much work went into getting it to this point. No major restoration project is ever perfect, but what impressed me most was their willingness to stay with a difficult job until it was done right. If you're looking for a company that stands behind its work, and you have people like Evan and Joel leading your project, you're in very good hands. I would confidently recommend TERA Painting.

As you can imagine, we've worked with many different types of contractors along the way.. some are good, some are bad, some are AMAZING. Victor and his crew absolutely fall at the very top of the AMAZING category. They have helped us build out almost an entirely brand new house.. replacing pretty much everything except for a few studs. That means foundation, sub floors, walls, siding, new deck stairs, skylights, framing, insulation, drywall, an entire new roof with vaulted ceilings at a higher pitch than the original, and so much more. Every single thing that they've done has been immaculate - passing every inspection and keeping the worksite clean and professional. They move fast but are very detailed in everything they do. They also have the BEST attitude - always jumping in to happily help or switch things around as we change our minds on them last-minute. We could NOT have done this without Victor and his crew. Shout out to Axel and Bennito! If you are looking for any work done around your house, you will not find a better team than this. Thank you all so much for your HARD and incredible work!!!

We encountered many surprises along the way, including rotten roof beams and floor joists. Many times I counted my blessings that Victor was the builder. From beginning to the very end of the project, Victor showed the following qualities: INTEGRITY: Victor is honest and principled. These are especially important qualities on a project like ours that has many surprises along the way. You can trust his word and intentions. CRAFTSMANSHIP: The quality of Victor's workmanship is top notch. He regularly sent me pictures at the day's end and I was never disappointed. Cuts and joints are perfect! Our building inspector was so impressed with Victor's work that a relationship of trust was quickly established. POSITIVE ATTITUDE: Victor has an excellent attitude and his crew is very efficient and positive. Whenever we hit bumps in the road, Victor's focus was how to fix the problem. If you are considering hiring Victor and would like more information, I would be happy to discuss our project and answer any questions. Before hiring Victor, I spoke with several of his former clients, who, like me, highly recommended Victor.

He was patient and supportive while we chose paint colors and we are thrilled with how the house looks now. My mum's home exterior had 20+ years of deferred maintenance that needed taking care of before it could be painted. It needed pressure washing, sanding and repairs to get it ready for primer and paint. He repaired and replaced damaged siding, flashing, replaced rotted trim etc and caulked a bazillion holes. His quality prep was followed by a conscientious paint job that my mum loves coming home to. We are completing a home renovation for a property that was in a state of disrepair including exterior wood rot to rafter tails, flashing and fascia, a deck that was falling apart and large areas of missing drywall, insulation and some siding damage. As someone who has been both a landlord of several properties and done multiple renovation projects since 1995, I have rarely found someone as versatile and pleasant to work with as Kris Frank. Kris tackled all these repairs at a rapid pace and fair price and capped it off with a flawless paint job that greatly enhanced the curb appeal of the property. Additionally, he handled some difficult venting duct work through the attic and did a wonderful job building a ship lap ceiling in the primary bedroom to add some special appeal to the interior. Whenever I asked him if he could handle something he never turned us down even if the job was very small. Additionally, Kris is a clear communicator and always kept us in the loop as to his schedule because he was juggling multiple projects. This greatly helped us keep the project on track. Without a doubt, Kris was key to the success of our renovation and we have plans to ask him to work on another project at our own residence soon.
