Last year I bought a property from the bank, in which Debbie F was the Realtor representing this bank. I am a woman and when I saw her profile I saw her WBEMC and it made me feel more comfortable; however the property purchase did not go well. The main problem here and the existence of this review is, when I contact Debbie about a water leak that I had while purchasing the property, she did not follow the proper procedure costing me thousands of dollars to fix the water damage in the walls. What I was really disappointed at, was the way she handle the 2nd water leak that happened because the bank did not fix properly. I contact her several times and she only gave me the run around from the banks number to the "guy" not a company but and individual who fixed the broken pipe. Overall I am just writing this review in hope that others will read it and make the smart decision in choosing the right Realtor. Please do your homework in working with a good Realtor and you will save thousands of dollars.

First off, I have worked in the mortgage industry and personally worked with many lenders, banks, mortgage specialists, realtors and sold and bought many homes in the past 25 years. I have had many experiences with lenders and realtors some good and some bad. I wanted to share the experience that I had Arji, I met Arji at my son's school back a few years ago, we saw each other throughout the years and kept in touch, whenever I had any mortgage or real estate questions I would call or text Arji and he would respond immediately even though I wasn't in the market for a loan or home at the time. When the time came to buy a home and get a loan Arji was the first person I called. He got me qualified and approved within a couple of days and found me a competitive rate. The loan process was seamless. I had found a home that I was interested in and I had Arji contact the selling agent to set up an appointment to review the home that day. Arji was present in showing us the home and pointed out some great options of the home and area while also pointing out some issues with the home based on the quick visual inspection. He pulled up comps in the area and we went to work on some of the "fixes and up-dates" that the home would need and then put in an offer. Arji was present and took diligent notes during the Home Inspection with the inspector. His attention to detail and his experience in his own rental properties he quickly assessed what the fixes would and should cost and helped get us additional credit towards the purchase price. He was also present during the plumbing and drainage inspections and sent me video recordings of the pipe inspections. I don't know may Realtors that would do that. Once we closed on the home in less than 30 days, Arji helped us find tile and paint contractors to do remodeling prior to our move in. He also helped us in finding tile and baseboard vendors to help save remodeling costs. His vast experience in owning his own rental properties and lending to hundreds of folks and understanding his client's needs made this buying experience the best one I have ever had. And it's because of this experience with Arji that compelled me to write this review to praise his excellent service and professionalism and to share this experience with others that are in need of a true mortgage or realtor professional.
