Very unhappy in my time having AllView manage my property. My property manager did his best which I'm thankful for, but after talking with Daniel, I felt that there were rigid internal policies & practices that Daniel wasn't giving his employees any leeway or flexibility to make things work for the owners they were working for. From viewing the unit, submitting an application and my eventual signing and move in, the communication (both in timeliness and quality of information) from my AllView agent, the owner, and the local property manager has been excellent.
