She sent pics and tailored the menu to pretty much exactly what I wanted. Our menu consisted of Pesto Cheese Chicken Breast, Dijon Salmon (which they cut under a heat lamp on a wooden cutting board, gorgeous!), Mandarin Orange Field Green Salad, Red Roasted Potatoes, and Zucchini Wrapper Asparagus Spears. Everything was tender, moist, and super tasty! Our guests could not say enough about it! We were allowed to keep all of the leftovers. We had forgotten plates and flatware for the cake, our venue owner chased down the catering van, and Donna graciously gave us plates and flatware from her stock. Everything was clean, landscaping was amazing, and everything seemed kept up well. The reception hall seemed versatile and the grounds can be used in may different ways.
