And, no one calls back. My mom is in between treatments and in pain and this careless group has made no effort to support and help her as a patient. They asked my mom to visit the office, gave her a prescription that cannot be accepted at any pharmacy and for doing nothing, charged Medicare. Terrible unprofessional and unethical group.

I had injured my neck and shoulder, and started coming to this facility for pain relief. Doing the exercises significantly decreased my pain and improved my range of motion almost immediately, and I would come 2-3 times a week and improve each time. The exercises were easy to follow and perform and the staff helped guide me in doing the exercise motions correctly. The heat therapy and in-house massage services that are offered were also very beneficial to relieve pain. Everyone there was friendly and attentive to my needs, and exercises were customized depending on pain tolerance. I would highly recommend this place for pain management and injury relief.

I called and the very friendly office staff were able to give us an appt. only a few days later! They kindly described to me where to park (near the accessible ramp) to best accommodate her wheelchair. When we arrived at the door, they had seen us coming and actually opened the door for us! (I bring my mom to quite a few doctor appts, and sometimes I can hardly open the door, not to mention struggle to get her through it, only to be ignored by the staff behind the reception desk.) Here, they held the door open and even pointed out a little bump on the ground at the doormat to help me. They were smiling and welcoming. I can't tell you what a comfort this is when I'm already worried about mom and her health. They immediately took us in for our appt. (almost unheard of) and the office staff even suggested how I could best wheel my mom into the examination room and where to situate her. I felt so "cared for" as a caregiver myself. So often, people lack common courtesy. In this practice, courtesy comes in abundance! I gave the nurse the paperwork we filled out in advance and she immediately asked us what was going on with my mom's foot. She listened as we explained the issue and she went right away to explain it to the doctor, who came in right afterward. Dr. Alster is just like her staff, approachable and caring. (My mom's previous podiatrist was so condescending I actually had to call him out on it. That was the last time we saw him.) Dr. Alster quickly isolated the problem with my mom's toe and resolved it within minutes. (I know many issues cannot be resolved this fast. We were very fortunate that my mom's was something easily treatable.) We also asked Dr. Alster some more general questions about ongoing issues with my mom's legs and feet. She patiently listened and gave us helpful feedback and suggestions. I had been doing my best to take care of my mom's feet and nails at home so that I wouldn't need to bring her out to yet another doctor appt. every few months. In this circumstance, I told them I wished we could come back again next week because it was such a pleasure being there. I will now be happily bringing my mom back to Dr. Alster every couple of months to have her cut my mom's nails and monitor her foot health. It will be completely worth the trip. I actually, for the first time maybe ever, am looking forward to it! I must also mention thst Dr. Alster had her adorable (something?)- doodle dog in the office, who greeted us at the door along with the regular staff. He's part of the official welcoming party. He is sweet and gentle and loves tummy rubs. Being a dog lover, I took great comfort in petting him. Dr. Alster is probably going to have him officially licensed as a therapy dog (which I imagine will be a piece of cake for him) so she can bring him to nursing homes and such. He is the best customer-care representative you could ask for and was icing on the cake for one of the best doctor appts I've ever had with my mom.

I am so happy I decided to do my therapy with Nick Frolo at Soar. The facility is located at 1800 Rt 35 past Eastern Dental, but BEFORE the car wash. It is so convenient for anyone living in this area. The place is awesome. I like the private rooms where you receive your evaluation and treatments. Nick is knowledgeable and excellent with the treatments, explaining as he does them. I am so impressed with the whole experience and definitely will keep them in mind for future events (hope that doesn't happen). I also felt Marc and Jarod who filled in for Nick, were excellent too. Jarod was wonderful with his explanations and analogies of how he was doing the treatments. Truly enjoyed my therapy. I highly recommend him also. The office staff is super nice and very helpful!! She is so knowledgeable and caring and made a big difference in the treatment I received. Michelle took the time to see how I was progressing each visit and altered the treatment as needed. She took an interest in making sure I received the best care possible. I have had Physical therapy treatments many times in my life and Michelle is at the top of the list. All of the staff at the Manalapan location are also very kind, professional and go the extra yard as needed. I highly recommend this Kessler Center.

I felt comfortable from the moment I called to inquire. Jen was so welcoming and was ready to do whatever it took to make sure my insurance was covered and get me in THAT DAY. After 20 years with scoliosis, I began having crippling headaches and pain for over a month. My sciatica was also a mess. I worked with Dr. David Shen, and within one treatment saw an improvement, by my third appointment I slept through the night without any ibuprofen! (This was the first night with minimal pain in over a month). Within 2 weeks 75% of my acute symptoms were gone. As for the other staff, they are a true team. A 2 hour PT appointment never went by so fast and was never so fun! Even all of the patients learn about one another and enjoy each others company. Matt, the PT assistant knows his stuff and watches over you along with David. Always checking in, always challenging you, but always helping you through. I am gaining my mobility back, my confidence in body movement back, and my pain is so much better. I don't know where I would be without Dr David and his staff ...but I also can't remember what it was like before I got stronger and felt better. Which is the greatest blessing!
