For the past 8 months I was experiencing an almost unbearable tingling sensation in my fingers. It was so bad that I couldn't sleep at night, I had no energy, and I was very uncomfortable doing minimal workouts. I went to a basic chiropractor prior to going to Monmouth Pain and Rehabilitation which did next to nothing for my issue. Being a 24 year old, I knew something was wrong. I scheduled a consultation with Monmouth Pain and Rehab at their newest location in Wall, NJ and instantly I was blown away by the amount of professionalism, knowledge, and cleanliness of the staff and facility. Upon my consultation, the doctor took x-rays of my neck and back and found the underlying cause of why I was experiencing this discomfort. He walked me through why I had this tingling sensation and recommended a schedule to get me back to normal again. As mentioned, I knew something had to be done so I followed through with their routine schedule for 6 weeks. After two weeks of treatment, I 100% could feel noticeable results! I continued with their schedule for the entire 6 weeks, and I have to tell you I have never felt better. I sleep through the entire night with zero discomfort, my energy is back, and I can get a solid workout in now. I cannot say enough positive things about Monmouth Pain and Rehabilitation. Dr. Dandrea and the rest of the staff truly takes the time to make sure are comfortable, and ultimately are getting the best treatment possible. Jamie from Bayshore rehab recommended me to call Dr Bill at your center, and what great advise it came to be for me. Mike did the orientation interview and i then set up a schedule for treatment. This was the second week after my total hip replacement and i was still using a walker and cane. I was assigned Janet who i had worked with at another office and she did a great job setting up a personal program for me to work on with each visit. She increased the activity in a great way to very quickly get me to walk on my own and start handling normal activities at home. Within a month i was walking in my neighborhood and in two months i was playing golf. Monmouth Pain and Rehabilitation is the best place in the world to come to. It is a friendly atmosphere instead of business-like. The treatments are intense but the practitioners are gentle in their approach. I started here with my knees and had physical therapy - it was gentler and more bearable than any fitness doctor you could go to but so awesome because I saw immediate results in my pain level. I had bone on bone knee pain and was able to regain mobility. They were also able to help with my back pain and range of motion - I was unable to bend and move without pain and now I can touch my toes! My acupuncture sessions with Nicole H. are so relaxing and help tremendously with my back and knee pain. Acu has saved my quality of life! If it wasn't for Dr. Bill. Dr. Murray, Nicole Heuschkel and the physical therapy team I would probably be in a wheel chair. read more

My daughter was initially referred to Monmouth Pain and Rehab for a possible concussion and neck injury from gymnastics. As soon as we walked into the office, we loved it! The girls at the front desk are friendly, helpful, and immediately make you feel comfortable. I can't say enough praise about the doctors and staff in the back. They are amazing people, both professionally and personally. Since my daughter had so much success with her recovery, I also decided to be treated for my own back pain. Between the two of us, we have been treated with PT, chiropractic, dry needling, massage, and decompression therapy. The multi disciplinary approach has been wonderful since I have been able to try different treatments. They are caring listeners and I would highly recommend them to everyone. Amazing staff (Kyle rocks!)and massage therapist! They came to my workplace for two days and did FREE massages for over 20 of my coworkers and I! They do the same for other businesses as well and always get good feedback. They were friendly, timely and very professional. It was a fantastic staff support activity and everyone was so appreciative. Their pain and rehab center seems to offer many awesome services and some of my coworkers are planning to go there for massage, chiropractics and physical therapy, etc. We were very impressed and plan to invite them back to our office next year. Dr. Chris at Monmouth Pain is my physical therapist.He is a caring health practitioner,and always willing to go that extra mile to help me achieve my goals.The facility at shrewsbury is always clean and comfortable,offering the patient a myriad of medical services.Dr Chris works hard at his specialty,and challenges me to do better by changing my exercises often.The attitude of the entire staff,is to assist the other practitioners when needed,like a fine oiled machine.I have been to other pain facilities in the past,but no one matches up to Monmouth Pain.i have not seen this type of work ethics at any other medical facility.With continued therapy I am positive my goals will be achieved read more

I had visited Monmouth Pain and Rehabilitation because I was suffering from Vertigo. It isn't my first time getting it and it is really horrible when it occurs. I called up Monmouth Pain and Rehab and they took me in that very day. I never knew why I got it, but Monmouth Pain and Rehab quickly determined it occurred from and old neck injury. I worked with Dr. Mike who was so kind and patient with me. He rely know what he was doing. I recovered faster with them than an other place that I had gone to in the past. Both my husband and I just completed our rehab and I can't speak more highly of the services rendered to us. Everyone is pleasant, friendly and professional. I received excellent nutritional advice from Dr. Frank as well which also helped my condition improve. No one is ever kept waiting no matter how busy they are. Dr. Scott (chiropractor) is fantastic. He listens to your body and massages the soft tissue in the upper part of my back. I like him better than the previous chiropractor I used at Monmouth Pain & Rehab. Unfortunately, physical therapist is currently overwhelmed with patients.
