After they installed the underpayment and flooring I received an updated invoice it was over $1000 more than the original invoice. I called and they used a different underpayment and cost more. They did not let me know of the difference beforehand. I tried to see if they would negoTuareg the price since it was so much more and they wouldn't because they would lose money. I would never do business with them again since they will add charges without first letting the customer know.

I have heard from several previous customers who recently done business with this company and they are having the same issues. I believe this company is unreliable and not a customer friendly company.
