I enjoy the fact that they are a smaller operation, and as a result of that can offer more personalized service, in my opinion. For the past 3 years running, they have provided regular lawn service, including mowing and weed whacking. They also helped adjust the mowing schedule to work around my lawn aeration and reseeding this past summer. Also they've done a couple of other specialized things for me, most recently including a tree removal. Fall of 2025, they offered snow removal in addition to the lawn service. Based on the weather so far this year, I've gotten lucky. They have been here multiple times, plowing my driveway in spite of some special needs. ( Curb stones, anyone?). I needed an emergency plow during one of the December snowstorms, when my mother was taking to the hospital. Joe literally was in my driveway less than 10 minutes after I called to make sure that I was able to get out and get to the hospital. Can't say enough good things. Is it the cheapest service in the area? No (with an asterisk*). It's a little bit more than what you pay a larger company, emphasis on the little, but in my opinion, I'm getting much more personalized service. For the fall / winter of 2025 2026, they've added plowing to their resume. It's the first year, so sometimes growing pains might be expected. With the heavier snowfall this year, more than once they've been to my residence multiple times in a single day to plow my driveway out. The patio came out beautiful. The team was here early and finished the entire project in 1 day. Very professional, very nice workers and very knowledgeable in their line of work. He was able to remove the trees off of the premises and cleaned up after they had been moved. He did it so fast too. Michael did such a great job, we are hiring him to take down more trees and he also has a Handy Man company, Handy Nam, LLC, which we are bringing him back over for to do some work in the house. Last thing, Michael is also so incredibly nice (on top of being prompt and professional), I couldn't feel any better giving him our business. I highly recommend him.

But once the work is finished, his attitude completely changes and he becomes very rude. He did not properly remove the dirt, just piled up stones, and you can still see the fabric underneath. The quality of work was terrible. This was one of the worst experiences we've had with a contractor. The person we dealt with was Ben, and based on our experience, I would definitely not recommend this company to anyone. Please be careful before hiring them.

I recently had a massive tree fall in my backyard during a storm - we got lucky that it happened at 2AM, no one was hurt, and it also didn't damage any cars or homes, but it did destroy my fence, shed, and damage my garage. This is the first time I've really ever had to file a home insurance claim, and as anyone who's ever dealt with insurance knows, it can all be very confusing. The way it was explained to me, it seemed like I was going to be stuck paying a very large bill, and insurance would only be covering a very small part of it. As most millennials do, I went to social media for help. Skyler, one of the owners, reached out to me and felt that he could help. He said they had a lot of experience working with insurance and knew how things needed to be written up for it to benefit me most. He seemed to know what he was talking about, so I moved forward with them. And he was correct - insurance ended up covering the entire quote. Unfortunately, the tree fell during a period of weeks long heavy rains, and there were a lot of emergency situations where they weren't able to get to me immediately, but they got to me in the time frame Skyler told me, and any time there was any change, he texted me immediately and always communicated in a timely manner. Skyler was easy to work with, made some compromises to be able to help me, and I felt as if I was a priority for them. The crew got everything gone in two days, cleaned up my property, and made the whole process extremely easy. Would absolutely recommend them to anyone.
