All Pro Tree & Landscaping Service is a family owned business that has been in business since 1978. They specialize in tree care & removal services, but also landscaping, firewood and insurance claims. I recently had a massive tree fall in my backyard during a storm - we got lucky that it happened at 2AM, no one was hurt, and it also didn't damage any cars or homes, but it did destroy my fence, shed, and damage my garage. This is the first time I've really ever had to file a home insurance claim, and as anyone who's ever dealt with insurance knows, it can all be very confusing. The way it was explained to me, it seemed like I was going to be stuck paying a very large bill, and insurance would only be covering a very small part of it. As most millennials do, I went to social media for help. Skyler, one of the owners, reached out to me and felt that he could help. He said they had a lot of experience working with insurance and knew how things needed to be written up for it to benefit me most. He seemed to know what he was talking about, so I moved forward with them. And he was correct - insurance ended up covering the entire quote. Unfortunately, the tree fell during a period of weeks long heavy rains, and there were a lot of emergency situations where they weren't able to get to me immediately, but they got to me in the time frame Skyler told me, and any time there was any change, he texted me immediately and always communicated in a timely manner. Skyler was easy to work with, made some compromises to be able to help me, and I felt as if I was a priority for them. From my first contact with Scott Jr. and updates from Scott Sr., the scheduling, the estimate and the completion were all done in a friendly, professional way, with the best, professional equipment. After removing three trees, topping a few more and trimming branches close to the house, they removed ALL debris and almost every leaf and left my yard better than it was...and safer. They are BEYOND professional, qualified, and detail oriented! They even have a sense of humor lol Don't waste your time with others. The three gentlemen who came to cut the tree down we very polite, efficient and cleaned up the property when they finished. The owner son came about a half hour after the first three men finished and he routed out the stump. The job was was well done! The owner Mr. Drake was very informatedtive thru out the project. I can not thank Scott and his son and crew for the spectacular job they did for my husband and I. We had four trees taken out , 2 that were 100 feet and hanging over our house and 2 other neighbors house. Scott's son and crew were clean, neat and so respectful of our property.
