Their schedule is varied throughout the week, including Hatha, sculpt, Hot vinyasa, slow flow and vinyasa. A highlight is they also have a physcial therapist and massage therapist within reach, so you can connect to either of those to help build your spiritual/emotional/mental health as well as physical.
