We rang…read moreJunction 26 early morning to say we would be travelling an hour and a half to visit there garage as we had seen a car that they had for sale using an ebay selling page, we spoke to an assistant who really seemed like he couldnt be bothered who said the car was in excellent condition, came with a years warranty, a full mot and was 6 months taxed. Sounded good and as described so we made the journey.........on arrival no one was to be seen for 15 minutes and so we found the car and checked it over, it was a mess, there was chipped paint all over and was missing door trims! Not at all how the pictures were presented. Further to that, there was no tax, there was 2 months remaining mot and the warranty was not included. He said the car would not be sorted out and ready to sell for another 4 days. What a waste of time they are.

Within 2 days I came across 2 issues, these being the heater/cooler fans not working, and also an issue with the central locking on one of the back doors. After 2 calls of me chasing them up I took the car in to be checked on site. Was told to come back the following day and see the gentleman who dealt with my sale. A week later they had booked it into a repair centre near to their site. On the evening prior to my repair date I phone the garage to check their opening times to be told J26 prestige cards had their account on stop.... and that no repairs would therefore be carried out on my car. 2 more visits to J26 I was told to being my car back to their site the following week. This I did. They had my car for a week and after lots of chasing them all week, I was told 7 days later nothing had been done to my car and they had lost my spare set of keys. I took my car home and was told to bring it back the following week. I did and the 48 hour repair turned into 3 weeks!!!!! I did get a loan car after the first week but this was unfit to drive, a massive dint on the side and warning lights glowing on the dashboard once I started up the car. Its now mid Oct, I have my car back and it is fixed but I still dont have a replacement key for the one they lost. Their staff openly agree they have lost my key but the owener refuses to pay. DO NOT BUY from here, they are underhand, lie cosntantly and have no idea of customer service in the slightest. Worst experience in my life.

I actually wanted to buy a car a car from you without even having test driven the vehicle. The NX is a beautiful car, with well stitched leather and comfortable seats, and it's quirky design and standard kit is actually the reason why I wanted one. Sadly the lack of power, compared to the 3litre Mercedes GLS which was my original preferred car (apologies for swearing LOL). Also as I am 6'2 tall, it was a little more awkward getting in and out whilst driving it today, which I wouldn't have appreciated without the extended test drive. THANK YOU. As to your amazing gesture of entrusting me by allowing me the honour of having the car overnight, well that's refreshing to see a Nottingham Car dealer who's interest is customer service orientated, THANK YOU. After showing interest in the all new Lexus UX I took up the offer from Dean Jones to visit the…read moreshowroom on Weds 13th Feb to view and test drive the new Lexus UX (due for release in Mar 19). Due to customer interest the slot times were limited to an hour but Dean was so polite and helpful passing on a massive amount of information. We even had plenty of time to take a test drive and put the car through its paces around Nottingham to the extent of fully satisfying my inquisitive nature. I was totally impressed with Dean's enthusiasm, his knowledge and his friendly nature and wouldn't hesitate in recommending any perspective customers to liaise with Dean in the first instance. I will certainly be visiting to discuss the finer points of the Lexus UX and will be seeking out the new brochures when they arrive over the next few weeks. Kindest Regards Martin A Pittaway
