Joel aka Joe did our taxes, he put deductions that we had no clue about a heads up would have been nice with our consent to do so, so we know what we would get ourselves in to with the IRS. At the end of the two years we were to pay $1000 back that wasn't so the IRS came back charging us $2000 for each year. I've called Joel aka Joe back several time since 2020 and 2021, I either get messages with a certain day to sort out the issues with the Taxes or I don't get a response back at all. I've been trying to track this man down for the past 7months and nothing. I've even gone to their office and they are closed. It's a shame this place just took our money and won't follow thru. I understand ppl get busy and make mistakes but he should accept accountability for his mistakes and help us out dealing with the IRS is no joke. If you don't want to have issues with the IRS stay away from this place.

I thought that was really nice. So the lady that took care of me was asking me all kinds of questions so that I could get more money i.e. she gave me money for using my cell phone for work purposes, yeah right I just use it to check in to work., but that was great. They are professionals that do this year-round (not a 3-4 week training session) so they're on their game; would always get me a larger return than those other 2 popular commercialized companies (initials? H.R. and J.H..lol); actually one of those (J.H.) screwed up my taxes so bad one year that I got a letter stating that I owed a butt-load to IRS so been on a payment plan for about 4 yrs... ugh!
