Finally had to file complaints with the IRS and the Illinois Department of Revenue. Apparently there isn't really anywhere else to make a complaint with since he IS NOT A LICENSED ACCOUNTANT. He handled our business taxes for over 50 years and until the last five years, we never had a problem. Within the last five years there have been multiple mistakes and errors that cost me money as a business owner. I finally fired him about six weeks ago. He has only provided minimal records to me. I requested all of my business records for 2022 and 2023, but I only received a few things (payroll & sales tax from 2023). I am doubtful that he even filed business tax returns for me. I DEFINITELY WOULD NOT USE THIS GUY FOR ANYTHING!
