Veggies and potatoes were steamed. Not sure how the fish was prepared, baked maybe. Without the vin blanc sauce it would have been really healthy, but on the bland side. I recently tried Fonteyne's "fresh" soup, which tasted like it had been re-heated multiple times -- the flavor was really not good. After only partially consuming the soup, I still felt ill afterwards. A colleague similarly partially consumed a dessert with "fresh" fruit that was clearly old, and she also felt sickened afterwards. I think Fonteyne is riding on its fine reputation, but it no longer deserves this. I will never go there again.
